You just have to check out the second video clip of the Stephen Harper speech via CTV. Listen very carefully to the end of the clip. After Stephen Harper finishes speaking you can clearly here the CTV translator snidely say -“no kidding”. Seems the hate Harper vibe has been completely ingrained at CTV.
The clip is here. See what you think.

And, Mrs. Thatcher, although I’m a mere rookie political blogger, I’d like to pick up on what you said about the MSM paying attention to blogs.
Circumstance: last night I posted something exposing a biased headline declaring Harper “angry” w/o justification in the body of the report.
Now the headline has been changed. Can’t necessarily take credit, but can’t help wondering either. Maybe someone saw the TCS post and made a call to CNews?

The blognet is becoming something very real. I think the Liberals feel threatened since they have no control over us. At least not yet…
It’s very encouraging to think that word is getting out despite the best efforts of the Librano$ to control the spin. And yes, OS,it is hard to fathom selling your soul for a place at the trough. But it beats working, doesn’t it? Just think about how many people are dependent directly or by extension, on Liberal corruption. It’s amazing. What will become of Maude Barlow and other special interest types when the Tories take over? THey will cut the lifeline of every parasite that has globbed on to the public purse, and Canadians none the wiser about where their tax dollars are going. They’ll say health, education and pensions. John McCallum was told to find some ‘spare’ money and ways to save and within 2 weeks he had shaved $12 billion in savings. Media types thought it hilarious and nothing further was done. Do you realize how much that would be in tax breaks?
Canadian Sentinel,
“At least not yet”
That’s the scary part. How many bloggers have had sudden, unexpected audits by CRA?
How many times have you read comments to the effect that “Scott Reid” is actually Paul Martin’s buddy, Scott Reid ? If the PMO had a million dollar war room to monitor Gomery, why couldn’t the PMO get money to monitor the Blogs?
What about proposed legislation to allow electronic eavesdropping without a judge’s consent?(As if Liberal appointed judges would refuse it anyway…)
What say you?
Mrs. Thacher,
That amount of tax cuts would do wonders for the Canadian economy. Of course, the Liberals believe we can’t look after our own money. King Ralph of Alberta knows we can look after our own money. That’s why he’s sending out those prosperity cheques, knowing full well that when we get them, we’ll plow it right back into the economy. We just want to play with it by passing it on to someone else.Liberals would rather keep it in their own party coffers.
I have an idea that the next election won’t be won so much on party policy as it will on how the campaigning gets reported. It’s going to be the honesty of the Bloggers against the duplicity of the MSM!
Let’s face it. Only some of us comment on the Blogs, but there must be millions of Canadians who read them and never comment. Those same Canadians have had the opportunity to realize how much research Kate, Mackenzie,Shaken,Braaten and all the others put into their work. They know their work is honest, whereas the work of the MSM seems to be up for grabs from the ruling party. No longer will Peter Mansbridge’s townhall sessions be allowed to selectively feed crap into voter’s minds. Now we have a choice of who to believe. Me? I’ll take the honest Bloggers opinion everytime!
“What about proposed legislation to allow electronic eavesdropping without a judge’s consent?(As if Liberal appointed judges would refuse it anyway…)”
That’d be a very illiberal thing to do.
Let’s make sure Paulie never gets that opportunity. Defeat the Libranos in the election. That’s the immediate job at hand.
Thank-you for thanking bloggers, Old Squid. I want to add my own appreciation to yours. It is wonderful to have access to the facts of the day.
Peter L – Did you forget about the House of Commons committee (Finance committee, I think) chaired by John Williams? The committee was getting to the ‘real meat’ of the criminal elements and ‘their’ activities in the LPC when paule and his thugs shut down the HC and called an election. Did you forget about that on purpose? Are you a scottie tissue? (Brison)

You know, I thought I was just being a bit paranoid, but I’VE recntly been on the receiving end of some of CCRA’S harrassement. I do deserve some attention, but I think there’s more here than meets the eye. We’ll see how things turn out.
Oh and I know of instances of unregistered firearms, (just in case they are awake tonight).
