Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Don’t worry. It’s a Liberal promise. Ontario will never see a dime…
It must be really difficult to keep that DESPERATION WATCH Porko-Meter thingy updated. You must have to adjust it every couple of hours now, eh?
Klein won’t call, he can buy Martin. He might, however, forget to send the odd cheque, or negotiate a discount.
Come to think of it, I just looked up the ol’ AB Heritage Trust and, for the right interest rate, Martin could borrow it to pay off his election promises (and AB could collect the interest… hmm, kinda diabolical, isn’t it?)
Is this new money or the same money Martin promised before? I kind of lost track since the last election.
The “massive debt” the Ontario government inherited was due in large part to cuts in tranfer payments, so they are giving us our own money back and we are supposed to be grateful.
People in Ontario are such cheap ‘hos. (I can say that because I live here.)
If Klein doesn’t go begging, Martin will wind up spending all the money Alberta can ship east. If Klein does, at least some of their own money will make its way back home.
And maybe the absurdity of what Martin has been doing will start to sink in.
What’s the big deal??? As Brian pointed out,it’s a Fiberal promise that involves GIVING money, not STEALING it,so it will never show. And besides, has everybody forgetten that the GD 2004 budget has NOT been passed yet,let alone the 2005???
