Back in the 1980’s, one of our clients had a 5,000 sq.ft. lake cottage. One of my co-workers coined the term “Cot – tage” said in a very high French accent. It has become a catchphrase in our family to describe those who are getting above themselves.

If you toggle the date of the imagery, they are both using photos taken on 9 May 2016; which seems to be the latest available to them. Neither Google or Bing pretend to be anywhere near real time, or even very current. In remote areas the overheads are often decades old. Predates even the Lilly article linked above.
