    1. The AntifaDC page in the link shows communists as against fascism. I fail to see much, if any, difference between fascists and communists:
      – both will use violence to achieve their aims
      – both embrace strong totalitarian rule
      – both embrace restricting human rights
      – both violently suppress people who disagree with them
      – both want a one party state
      – both advocate hatred against selected minorities
some examples: Mao, Stalin, Castro, Ceausescu, Chavez…

      1. You could easily say the same thing about a certain religion of “peace”.

        1. You are right BA. The Shia and Sunni have been fighting each other for about 1400 years. I guess that is the peace of islam.

      2. Both also believe in centrally planning everything to insure the outcome desired for the people, with no regard for what the people desire.

The difference: One will take your cow, while the other will just take the milk and leave you with the expense of feeding and caring for the cow.

  1. I saw the Jack Buckby Video below.

This is why Americans will never allow our government to use the “No-Fly” and other secret “Terrorist” lists for gun purchase back ground checks (BATFE Form 4473, and the FBI approval). There is no Due Process and no ability to confront your accuser as guaranteed in our US Constitution, and a few other Amendments in the Bill of Rights too.

  2. Sooo? Future Speaker of the House Pelosi which opinion matters? The Dean of Democracy or the individual who wears a Wire to subvert the President of the United States of America.

Congresswoman Pelosi will your historical legacy be a Dred Scott craven submission to injustice or a bold remonstrance to those who will “fly in the face of honesty” as warned by Benjamin Franklin.

  3. The ‘ATA Girls’ is featured on CTV’s W5 tonight at 7pm. It is the story of the women who ferried warplanes to the front lines during WW II. This is an important part of Canadian history seldom talked about. The piece also features astronaut Chris Hatfield singing Happy 100th Birthday to a woman who was an ‘ata girl’. Be sure to tune in.

  4. Another fake hate crime busted. “Nazi” drawing swastikas was a gay Democrat from a Jewish family.

He also threatened to rape a Republican woman.

    ——-

They did bust someone for an Anti-Gay hate crime. Unfortunately for the narrative, it wasn’t your stereotypical Hollywood White Christian hate monger.

  5. Calgarians, on Tuesday please get out to your polling station and vote no to the Olympic bid.

    – It’s a party for the rich, a globalist orgy, headed by corrupt Eurotrash, a chance for media and politicians to strut in front of cameras, and certainly a chance for the well-connected and their friends and family to have ridiculously high-paying jobs for years to work on this 10-day-party project. Hundreds of millions of dollars will be lost and stolen.

    – We have a political leadership in Canada who are trying to modify our behaviour by aggressively imposing carbon taxes and de-industrializing the country, the taxes are already lowering our standard of living and these taxes will be steadily increased to crushing levels, by 2026 there’s going to be real pain, there’s going to be a lot less cars on the road and a lot more poor people.

    – The security theatre by the security industry will, by 2026, be something you may have trouble imagining. Massive security with endless lineups and checkpoints, the cost to the taxpayer of the security will get well into the hundreds of millions.

For a ten day elitist globalist party… please take the time to get out and vote no.

  6. “The Most Pro-Immigration House of Representatives in Over a Century”

    https://www.cato.org/blog/most-pro-immigration-house-representatives-over-century

“Dave Brat, the Virginia nativist whose defeat of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor in 2014 doomed hopes of immigration reform, lost in a previously safe GOP seat. Democrats blew out Corey Stewart in Virginia and Lou Barletta in Pennsylvania, the most anti-immigrant Senate candidates. Kris Kobach, the author of state anti-immigrant laws across the country, cost Republicans the governorship in Kansas.”

“Rather than cutting family-sponsored immigration, Democrats will seek to expand it. The legalization provisions were also very restrictive, covering just three quarters of the illegal resident population. Democrats would certainly go further now. Especially after seeing how their colleagues did in this midterm, the remaining moderate Republicans would likely sign onto these measures if tied to stricter enforcement.”

It’s a good thing, because immigrants might be our only hope of paying for those expensive non-immigrants: https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2018-10-30/immigrants-are-not-the-fiscal-burden-native-born-americans-are

    1. There is no “our” you’re not us. Never will be. Does not matter how many times you will pretend. Not gonna happen. You’re incapable of it.

      1. Good. I rise above you scum like a bird in the air. Unfortunately the taxman does not see it that way.

        1. Yes you rise like a stench, keep rising, maybe you can rise all the way to your turd world shithole.

  7. yop: you’ve nailed it. Calgary’s mare is at the centre of this looking for a ‘legacy’. A reckless profligate spender. How’s Calgary faired under his leadership? Getting better, getting worse or staying the same….

If the citizens vote the Calgary Olympic bid down on Tuesday it will be a face slapper to the elites not unlike Brexit or the election of DJT.

Unfortunately the voting system in this referendum is very porous and subject to manipulation. It has been pointed out that voter fraud is easily accomplished (no voters list, you can present yourself at multiple polling stations).

If the ‘yes’ side organizes itself like the left does at protest rallies…..mail it in as they say.

    1. bloody right ab.
key to municipal politics (thats where the tactic gets learned):
WATCH OUT for the expensive ‘legacy’ seekers whose projects (pub transit, concert hall, etc) NEVER pay for themselves. ever. not 1 of them.
they will agree to and do ANYTHING to get their way.

    1. “Still waiting for more updates on that guy in Edmonton, too.”

He was a Canadian kid with a Polish or Ukrainian name. I would love to search his computer for foreign connections but if there are some, we’ll never know. We can’t handle the truth.

        1. That’s the one. Thanks, Ed. My memory was telling me he was also Somali.

          Sorry for the confusion, scar.

  8. https://globalnews.ca/news/4650960/analysis-pm-trudeau-is-in-paris-this-remembrance-day-just-as-he-should-be/

In the category of,”Grovelling and Suckholing to the Prime Minister”, David Akin pens a column on Our Beloved Justin and why he should be in Paris with Macron for Remembrance Day.And if anyone doubts Justin’s concern for this day, he reminds us that Evil Stephen Harper also missed not one,but THREE remembrance Day ceremonies!

The top four stories at NN this morning are all on the Terrible Tony Clement, and there are another nine articles about his terrible sins, in a preview of what we can expect from the msm for the next year, until Justin wins another glorious victory for progressiveness.

The very thought of that effeminate prancing prince at any ceremony commemorating our veterans turns my blood cold. Mordecai Richler once said that if he had seen Pierre Trudeau riding about Montreal wearing his pickelhaube, Canada would have been short one future Prime Minister. Exactly my sentiments.

    1. there was a time when I PLASTERED the front window of the local LIEberal mp with enlarged printouts of the TURDoo 1.0
      kraut-on-a-motorcycle story.

its real real hard to find reference to it nowadays.

      TURDoo. aptly named.
please pleasepulEEEZE o gods of UXB, pulEEEEZE guide the TURDoo 2.0 steps right onto a still functioning concealed ordnance . . . .

  9. Just listened to Sharon Gregson of the Coalition of Child Care Advocates of BC, on CKNW, who with a straight face I assume, argued:

    – there’s “no evidence” private daycare providers will be crowded out. No just drop their cost to $10/day.
    – it doesn’t need to be means tested because it’s “like the education system.” Changing diapers? Remember we are all government.
    – the usual Marxist children are better socialized, not if they hang out with Grandma or Jane on the corner.
    – my favourite, the program will pay for itself with higher taxes recovered from new workers.

Of course it won’t , what claptrap (love to see the “study” on that). IOW they actually pay more (aggregate guv program will surely cost more than private sector “provide fair iow union salaries to child care staff” anyone?), to pay the same cost the government would have charged them up front. Isn’t that what prevents poor working families from getting a second spouse in the workforce – the high cost of daycare? Low cost daycare recovered from higher taxes, that’s their solution, to mollify big labour?

Spend $billions to end up in the same place, no doubt claiming they will “create” 22,00 jobs. Their assumptions are laughable.

Here’s a thought, target the working poor using the existing subsidy system. No can do – where’s the grand design in that?

The thoughtlessness of these arguments is stunning. Call BS and demand to see the data is my advice to the voter.

  10. Wonder what sort of gift Santa would choose for a politician whose brain got shifted to the nether region of their body?
Not mentioning any names, no need, it will be well covered.

  11. Shameless O’Reagan in Fwance representing all Canadians at the Remembrance Day celebrations.

Macron, bongo and shameless….you go gurls.
