      Its not about a potential “crime” being commited, it’s about destroying someone by a spitefull hate filled soul…who knows full well, a jury wont convict…but the press and publicity may destroy their victims career/marriage etc.

      And that to me should and Must Become Criminally prosecutable.
      Time for the pendulum to swing back.

      1. What a great idea… hand off more power and responsibility to the state! This time we will do it correctly though, and the long march through the institutions will not be able to pervert it…

        The real solution is to bring back pistols at ten paces. If you are rude, criminal, whatever, you get shot in the face eventually. No government involvement, just two individuals. An armed society, is a polite society. Also, every Friday, all politicians have to to stand for five minutes on a platform (in front of a pre dug 6 foot deep hole), and a jury of armed citizens convenes and decides if they are doing a good job or not.

    2. Who cares? Everyone who decides to go to hollywood, is living exactly the life they deserve. All those girls knew what they were closing their eyes and thinking of the queen for. Weinstein got to beat that basketball player’s number. So what. This is the society we live in, where there are no longer any women that all men have not had before you. And who needs or wants to go there?
