    2. I predicted that Biden would be gone within 6 months of taking office, and to my detriment, he’s still there, so I won’t be making any more predictions as far as Biden is concerned. That rascally doddering old fool just seems to linger on and on…

        I think the error the Democrats made, and those of us who didn’t think Biden would make it very long, was in severely overestimating Harris’s capabilities. She’s not just a bad politician; there’s no shortage of those. She’s not just a token black woman holder of her office; no shortage of those either. It’s that she’s catastrophically bad at even the miniscule duties she does have, and she is undeniably unfit to be POTUS. So much so that the Democrats and the deep state have been forced into a longer term of Biden than they no doubt wanted or planned, as they try to figure out what to do about her.

        All one can do is grab the popcorn.

        1. You may be right. I didn’t consider the Kamala factor either. We all knew that she was not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but who could have anticipated how bad she would actually turn out to be.

    3. Yeah,that sounds like a reasonable scenario. Biden can’t keep up this charade too much longer. We better hope he doesn’t suffer a stroke in the near future. If that should occur,I recommend that Putin invade the EU and Xi takes Taiwan, Japan and the Phillipines.
      But I have NO idea who the new V-P might be, who’s the shiny new Democrat that can win an election? A Democrat Governor? Mayor Lori Lightfoot? Gavin Newsom? Gretchen Whitmer?

      Joe will be the last President of the United States in its current form. Whatever replaces it is unlikely to be a meaningful threat to Russian sovereignty in the lifetime of anybody living today, and probably not their children’s or their children’s children.

  13. I’m more interested in the real reason Obama showed up. Perhaps it has more to do with the line of questioning before the Grand Jury as in “Who is the big guy” mentioned on the laptop. Yes, that very question popped up in the testimony…and was leaked. What wasn’t leaked was the answer from the witness as to whom it referred. The fact that it wasn’t leaked should tell you all you need to know.

What’s been painful to watch is an otherwise mediocre public career full of corruption, self enrichment, abuse of office, and god only knows what else, becoming president under fraudulent means to then deliberately destroy the country from within. Don’t care if he’s a stooge or not. There’s nothing redeeming about him – like when you hear about a gang banger or murderer that he was a good father, or always looked after his mother. That’s not the little guy from Scranton.

      1. Yes, in principle, I agree with what you have said. But for punishment to make sense the cognitive abilities of the punished must allow for comprehension of what is happening and why it is happening. I am afraid that ship has sailed. He is pretty much a vegetable now, any punishment now, would be equivalent to weed wacking… not that I would be particularly heartbroken had it happened.

      It is definitely elder abuse, and has been for some time. Even before the election he showed clear signs of dementia.

      But you know, I’ve been watching Mr. Sniffer since about 1996. He’s a POS and always has been.

      It looked to me from the videos, and him putting his hand on Big O’s shoulder like that to pull him back and assert some authority, that the Sniffer understood very well what was going on. He -felt- that @$$ kicking.

      Looks good on him, IMHO. He deserved every inch of that.
