Looking at the number of places she’s taught, she’s one of those profs-for-hire who are a dime a dozen. Not much job security and easily replaceable. That being said, some other school will probably overlook this and hire her as an adjunct or lecturer.
Also, since this appears to have happened sometime in April the school year would have been nearly over so it wouldn’t have been hard for the college to put her on leave for the rest of the semester. She was going to be done with them anyway.

Wow, two degrees in “speech communications” from 3rd rate CA colleges. In Montana we call “speech communications” talking but who knew you can get a degree or two in it, and she is a proud queer Muslim. Well, that figures.
It should be noted that a shameful majority of college *ahem* student athletes … receive degrees (the few who actually collect a degree) in “Mass Communications” the stupid stepsister of “Speech Communications”.

That’s no stretch. My son has been a consistent 98.5 average through high school; how many of his teachers do you suppose managed that? How many profs in the fluffy Uni subjects? He cringes at the idea of having to take any on the way to his computer science degree, but there are bound to be a few in the first year.

When I was an undergrad, I was required to take a few artsy courses outside of my discipline in order to “broaden” my education. (They didn’t.) Most of them were a waste of time and one in particular was a chore as the prof detested engineering students, figuring we were nothing but a bunch of knuckle-dragging hillbillies.
The only one I actually enjoyed and got something out of was one on Old Testament literature.
