    1. CNN chooses to fight with a half dozen others for the woke Bolshevik half of the market, leaving Fox alone in the conservative half of the market. There used to be a time when corporate leadership were business people and not crusaders.

      1. Their “woke Bolshevik” market is ony maybe 15% of the total market. But, remember, many of us have left the “news market” from th4 MSM.

    2. Hardly matters, Alec. CNN doesn’t have any stock. CNN is just one division of the conglomerate known as Time Warner which is in turn owned by AT&T. I would expect it’s essentially a loss leader, keeping the conglomerate in good with the Democrat Party and voters in the US.

      1. Also, its another venue for their advertising revenues and sponsors, across their stream. Yeah, seems counterproductive doesn’t it, paying for commercial time on a failing network with declining viewership.

      2. Yes, but since AT&T owns CNN, Americans should, if they have to have cable TV,make sure it’s not with AT&T. As it stands, if the Democrats win, expect to see some federal kickbacks to AT&T and CNN.

      3. That’s right CGH…AT&T are quite happy to let CNN hemorrhage as long as the progressive message gets out. Always follow the money folks. Who is AT&T’s biggest shareholder? Why that would be their former CEO Randall Stephenson. Who is he? Well, apart from being a freaking gazillionaire he’s also an activist who shimmied his way into the Presidency of the Boy Scouts of America and once there, became very vocal if not instrumental in changing the BSA’s position of banning openly gay scouts.
        He didn’t give a shit about declining membership. Nope, it’s all about the optics.

        Corporate America is one big happy progressive family.

    1. What is interesting about the media was that the 95% negative news about Trump was still news. In 2016 no-one talked about anyone else and half the people saw through the bullshit. No news is bad news. It’s better to have them saying bad things about you than saying nothing. There must be other cliches.

  3. “Progressives” just don’t believe that these people are being biased. Of course, big tech is on their “side” so that makes it all good. Anyone pointing out the bias is, by default, “attacking” them. Therefore they must be “right wing” because all the “left wing” people are happy with the current state of bias.

    Not one person who watches CNN thinks this bias is wrong, not one will take the red pill and wake up to discover the reality.

        1. Progressivism, where the state and its elites decide rights, iow humans not God or nature as JSM believed, is therefore not of liberalism, but of Marxism, which shares the same view.

          So progressivism, if unchecked, progresses to Marxism and all its attendant shared misery of corruption and depravation. Even somewhat electorally checked, progressivism has managed to wage many wars to get it out of great bouts of inflation it caused by taxation and intervention.

          The state has become a protection racket, where they get a piece of your action to protect you from them.

          Not so silent partners. People like Harper and Trump interrupted that, and it drives them crazy.

  4. Jayapal ain’t no conservative. The stupidity is that Democrats are way more likely to attack business monopolies than liberals but the companies are at war against conservatives. This isn’t going to end well for Amazon, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, and Google and the idiots don’t see the bus, that they are going to be under, coming.

    1. No, no she isn’t. CNN hasn’t the intelligence to distinguish facts inconvenient to their own narrative.
      Put simply they didn’t know she’s a Democrat. Her stringent and rightfully dismissive line of questioning fits this new narrative regarding a struggle that is decades old. They’re working the bugs out now, in their finest tradition, “Who’s on first?” ” No what’s on first who’s on second?….”

    Trump hasn’t said anything about the SM Giants in the campaign, this is very notable, as Trump talks about everything. But very silent here.

    Trump, the master strategist, knows one thing, never tell your enemy where and how you’re going to attack them. He actually said that 4 years ago, when asked about Al Queda, and other war enemies in the ongoing skirmishes in the ME.

    This applies to what he will do to the traitorous, “China Loyal” SM companies when he is re-elected. His silence on this topic is deafening!

    – that Donald Trump must be removed and/or won’t leave office when he wins
    – that Democrats are the only people fit to rule (never lead) America.

  12. The criminal enterprise that FB is must have never been allowed to continue, once it became clear that Zuckerberg stole PII from his college. The US allowed this broken window to stay broken, and it attracted hordes of other criminals that you are bemoaning now. Never celebrate or venerate criminals, under any circumstances. Criminal is as criminal does.
