One: no matter who wins the 2020 US presidential election, the result will be riots that will escalate into a nationwide shooting civil war.
Two: The situation in Virginia will escalate to the point of armed conflict between the state government and the sheriffs/citizenry, but will de-escalate when enough of the National Guard refuse to comply that the governor backs down. The impact will be limited to the state of Virginia; other loony left states will back off legislation but will quietly militarize their loyal state police units in preparation for the election aftermath. Post-election crackdowns by other states will point to the citizen response in Virginia to excuse the tyranny.
