In the end, the courts do not matter as much as armed citizens. If you are actually willing, and able, to fight, the only rulings you care about are the ones you’re willing to follow. The only leaders that matter are the ones you respect.
The left don’t care about Roe vs Wade; what they care about is maintaining the illusion that they matter.
The fact that there has never been an impeachment to remove someone from the court tells you all you need to know. Tools that have never been used, have no use or purpose.
It is like the rules here in Canada. If they were actually applied, the pipelines would be in operation for years already.

Yeah, four to six weeks. When you’re 40, maybe. Not when you’re 85. And not when this is AFTER having colon cancer, pancreatic cancer (!) and previous lung cancer surgery. We’re talking 4 to 6 months here.

Full recovery? Chances are good? Sure, buddy. You didn’t find a doctor dumb enough to say that, did you? Otherwise their name would be here.
But okay, let’s accept it for the argument. What does a “full recovery” look like at 85? Stand up, see lightning, hear thunder, go to the bathroom unassisted, tie your own shoes, make dinner, -maybe- drive the car. Maybe. But they’ll have to have an exam to make sure. Because the anesthetic alone can do bad things to a patient’s mental state and cognition at that age. Plus pain killers, steroids, and whatever else she’s on.
So, is some 85 year old lady who can drive the car around town, shop and make her own dinner operating at a level sufficient to handle being on the highest court in the land?
Hell yes! says the LA Times! Hell yes, and she’ll live another 20 years and stay on the bench the whole time, and that’s a GOOD thing!
What’s the reality? We are never, ever going to know, because they are going to lie with every breath they take.
Why doesn’t the Supreme Court just declare Ruthy incompetent and fire her? It’s not like the Supreme Court is going to overturn their decision.
