When The FBI Does It, That Means That It’s Not Illegal

POLITICIZING THE FBI: How James Comey Succeeded Where Richard Nixon Failed

Recent revelations show, chillingly, that he involved the FBI in what appears to have been a plot to entrap, and even frame, a political opponent and his campaign regarding Russian collusion. This radical politicization of the Bureau makes any Nixonian scheme seem like child’s play. Nixon shamefully tricked the FBI into doing a routine background check on his enemy, journalist Daniel Schorr. Comey outdid Nixon by a wide margin, using his FBI to construct a false case of possible treason against a political enemy.

  1. The machinations of the FBI, CIA, and DOJ remind me of the Roman Praetorian Guard picking or assassinating contenders for the Emperor position.

Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Andrew McCabe, counterintelligence chief Strzok and legal counsel Lisa Page should all end up in jail, as well as CNN operatives that were involved in the framing of Trump scheme.

The Republic’s future is at extreme risk.

  2. The article starts off with pure bee-Ess. Under J Edgar Hoover, the thing was far from “Straight arrow” and “non-politicized”. Very commonly Congressional votes were influenced by a call from the FBI saying, “I just wanted you to know that someone said that you…”. LBJ used such tactics and probably got along well with JEH.

What Nixon sought to do, in the era after JEH, was to take control of an agency that had been out of control for decades. There certainly was a power struggle, and the guy that Nixon passed over for the head job went on to be Deep Throat.

    1. “The piece was written by Mark Felt’s lawyer”

Yes! Felt was a delusional loser… His investigation of the Weather Underground resulted in Bill Ayers going free without prosecution. Felt violated the civil rights of the Weather Underground members… It was an unwritten practice (at that time) for the FBI to run investigative crews that obtained information any why possible , including B & E… Felt got caught & Nixon didn’t protect him and he was charged & convicted..(does that sound familiar). He was pardoned by Reagan..making Republican peace with the FBI & recognizing/creating the Swamp.. Some believe that Felt had access to the infamous Files of Hoover! ..

BTW: The Trump investigation suggests that the FBI never stopped using Contract crews..

    2. and Felt’s mouth piece must have mentioned then that ALL the Watergate plumbers were CIA operatives that were involved in the Kennedy assassination, right????

  3. 21 March 2016. Trump names as his foreign policy advisors Papadopoulos and Page (who had worked for the FBI against the Russians). Then what happened? Follow the dots from there. Game, set, match.

That date will live in political infamy imho. Do I hear the sound of the plug being pulled in the swamp?

Also interesting as an overlay to this article is Sharyl Attkinson’s collusion against Trump timeline, with its long list of Comey appointments within the FBI over his tenure. Hand in glove anyone?

A sea of human swine and slime, full of liars who divert and project their misconduct while (ironically?) questioning their target’s moral authority and value.

    1. ” Trump names as his foreign policy advisors Papadopoulos and Page (who had worked for the FBI against the Russians). ”

Carter Page was the first name on the FISA warrant. And he was an FBI property. To get a FISA warrant on an American, he has to be an active spy. As Carter Page an was an FBI informant against Russians, the FBI knew it was all a lie.

      1. ” Carter Page an was an FBI informant”

This is huge. Can you link your source please?

  4. very related:

even the freebie press is getting in on it. p.s. Epoch Times is well named, do a search on the ‘about us’ on them.
I like their stuff. I like their reporting and the topics they select.

Mr Kulak reminds us that the mindset necessary for those in powah to resort to these traitorous acts has long been with us and therefore we periodically need Trumps in office to push the thing back on track. the ‘thing’ being that as close as humanly possible to get to a point where the elected representatives do indeed REPRESENT the wishes and aspirations and rights of the PEOPLE.

Donald was a greenhorn. a newbie. an amateur who owed NO ONE any political ‘favours’. he is brash, crude at times, shoots from the lip, and a consummate organizer and negotiator, visa vie N Korea. I see kim jong unhinged has sacked and replaced his top 3 military commanders prior to the summit:

this is NOT some ‘cosmetic fine tuning’. I truly believe somehow the ‘message’ got thru to Unhinged he needed a sea change in his approach to the rest of the world and esp. USA. oh, right, “fire and fury”. tq tq tq President Trump warts and all for calling it like it is.
    time will tell.

  5. Trump two weeks ago – A sitting president can’t be indicted.
Trump last week – It’s impossible for a sitting president to commit obstruction of justice.
Trump today – I’m legally allowed to pardon myself!

Who in their right mind would think these are the words of an innocent man?

    1. context there andrew girl, context. It is Trump the blow hard we are discussing, and he uses that characteristic to his advantage. It’s the comey and his henchgirls with their book tours and TV spots that you need to keep an eye on. You lobbies aren’t all that brite!!!

      1. I’m sitting here stumped thinking what advantages there could be in continually associating himself with authoritarian abuses of power for the evasion of justice. But then again I’ve never really been very good at 7.5D intergalactic backgammon.

    2. “…Who in their right mind would think these are the words of an innocent man? …”

where have you been the last two years ?

or the last two weeks ?

The FBI had spies INSIDE the Trump team, if Trump is guilty of anything the FBI would know, would have known for about 2 years now. But the have NOTHING on Trump NOTHING.

If Trump was guilty of something Mueller and his team of 13 Trump-hating democrats after almost 2 years and after wasting over 17 Million dollars would have found something ( that the FBI would already know since they had spies). But they have NOTHING on Trump NOTHING…which is why they came up with this silly thing of raiding the office of Trump’s lawyer so they could find proof Trump once had sex with Stormy Daniels and offered her money to never tell anyone about it…Stormy is not Russian, Trump was not President when that happened ( if it really happened )

they come up with that stupid stuff because after almost 2 years and after having had spies INSIDE the Trump team they have NOTHING on Trump NOTHING.

If they have evidence Trump is guilty of something serious why have they ( Obama administration, FBI, CNN etc etc ) done so many illegal things to try and destroy Trump???

Would you need to fabricate evidence to convince someone Jack the Ripper was a horrible man? what about Hitler, would you need to fabricate evidence, have a fake dossier fabricated, have spies inside the Hitler team to convince anyone Hitler is guilty?

If Trump is SOOO guilty why have they been cheating, commiting crimes to try desperately to make him look guilty ??

It is a VAST conspiracy against Trump and despite their best effort – helped by the MOST POWERFUL MAN ON THE PLANET AT THE TIME ;OBAMA – they have nothing NOTHING on Trump NOTHING.

      1. If they have nothing, then why is Trump constantly bringing attention to the investigation? Every time he tweets something (usually multiple times a day) it reignites the whole controversy and he knows it. He could’ve just pretended the whole thing didn’t exist, go about his job as usual, and the story would be a tiny fraction of what it is now.

If the FBI was cool with fabricating evidence, why didn’t they leak something during the election? Instead they kept completely quiet and allowed him to get elected. Why?

Why has every single one of Trump’s allies in congress gone completely silent since the justice dept’s confidential briefing last week?

Watergate investigation took two years over deleting a couple tapes. Bill Clinton was under investigation literally almost his entire tenure over a blowjob. Benghazi took over two years. And even if they have nothing on Trump (very unlikely), there’s already been 22 indictments and 8 guilty pleas.

It’s funny you use Hitler as an example though, considering he had the support of almost the entire country despite being one of the objectively worst human beings in history.

        1. when you frame someone it is to make someone INNOCENT look GUILTY

read again what the FBI under Obama’s watch did to try and FRAME Trump

what part of FRAME is unclear to you ?

here is the definition to help you,

… … In the US, a frame-up (frameup) or setup is the act of framing someone, that is, providing false evidence or false testimony in order to falsely prove someone guilty of a crime. Sometimes, the person who is framing someone else is the actual perpetrator of the crime…. …

if Trump was guilty why would they need to FRAME HIM ?

you say watergate took 2 years, but they have been SPYING illegally on Trump since 2015

sorry but none of your arguments hold water

    3. Indicted for what? Pardoned for what? “Not innocent” of what? Tell us Monsieur Robespierre.

Discussing hypothetical events sets the useful idiots off again, setting their hair on fire; quite laughable.

Keep up the good work for Mr Trump. He appreciates your prejudiced efforts.

      1. Am I being trolled? Your argument is that the president of the United States is making himself look like a criminal on purpose in order to piss people off? And you think this is a good thing? Are you OK?

        1. Not my fault you’re too blind &/or stupid to see it.

Then again you are one of the bigoted ones being played so it fits.

I’m OK, you clearly are not. Keep living your delusion if you want, I don’t want to play.

  6. “grab a coffee”, nope, I don’t need my brain even on half speed for this.

  7. Ha! I liked the part where Felt had to laboriously … paint a picture … for Woodward who didn’t quite “get it”. Yet Woodward and Bernstein have been canonized as the GREATEST investigative reporters EVER!

  8. His intent is to make a certain segment of the American population’s heads explode. He does that well. I think he has the same effect to those who think they follow American politics in Canada too. (Cause, you know, not one person in 100 here in the States cares about Canada except at vacation time or when you send a cold front our way?)
