  1. Did they give the dumb girl extra time to finish … because of her “test anxiety” ?
Listen sweetie … when your finger is on the BIG RED BUTTON … there’s no EXTRA time awarded for “anxiety” ? Don’t believe me? Then just ask HER what SHE was doing all night while our Ambassador and three other brave Americans were being slaughtered and their corpses defiled in Benghazi … by anxiety-free Muslim Terrorists …

  2. Paul, from wikipedia:
“In the field of psychology, the Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias wherein people of low ability suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly assessing their cognitive ability as greater than it is.”

  3. Psychology, psychologists can be clearly linked to the witches, witchdoctor, shamans and other such of today.
The link is so clear as to be beyond belief.
How is it that you get two of theem sycologists to the court and one testifies against the other.
Don’t really know the witches and other such talked to the suckers for punishment.
Todays psychologistologists are only better in one variable, how to make the snow fall over yer eyes.
That’s what they went to school for a long time.
You would probably do better if you went to your priest or rabbi. No charge,

  4. “Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias wherein people of low ability suffer from illusory superiority…”
Damn! And here I was, thinking all along that it was called turdoitis.

  5. regarding MSM and Donald, the results are in, an informal non-scientific survey of news reporting found in my living room:
Date/Network/brief description of the consecutive NEGATIVITY directed @ the president
whilst I channel surfed, incl news channels, I would wait for a Trump story, guaging +ve, -ve, or neutral
Jan 19 / ? / ‘self appointed expert’ (and THEY arent????)
Jan 20 / HLN / ‘Comey fired by Trump’
Jan 20 / CTV / chug chug bottom caption: ‘Trump fights dems and repubs alike’
Jan 20 / CNN / ‘govt shuts down anti-Trump rallies worldwide’
Jan 20 / CBC / ‘a year of division’ (nb 1st anniv of inauguration)
Jan 20 / CBC ‘protest 1st yr of Trump inauguration’
    Jan 20 / CTV / ‘tumultuous star to term’,’chaotic year’,’treading on liberties’
Jan 20 / CNN / schumer: ‘talks w Trump like negotiating with jello’
Jan 20 / PBS / Newshour: ‘Never Trump Movement’
Jan 21 / CTV / as above ‘jello’ (see how it spreads?)
Jan 21 / CBC / ‘president accused of racist sexist language’
Jan 21 / CBC / david frum: ‘Trumpocracy’ damaging Amer democracy
12 CONSECUTIVE and random clips from random news channels. ended when the impasse ended and finally there was neutral FACT based reporting.
I point out the above examples have 1 thing in common: OPINION as opposed to hard easily provable and verifiable FACTS,
12 of them. in a row. what are the statistical odds of that? quite high in this environment!!
is the msm ganging up on Trump? I take great umbrage at msm ganging up on the president. I take umbrage at ANY gang activity.
gangs are a criminal organization, eschewing things like truth, justice, measured logic based responses, etc
today’s msm is acting like a bunch of organized criminal gangs.

  6. also, the smarts test reminds me of the one they handed out in grade 9 to see what stream the little brats were headed.
despite getting low grades in the courses due to my autism and unbearable boredom, I ACED the iq test and recall to this day SHOVING my results in the faces of the superioristic upper crusts and their entourage. when the time came to disclose the results, the guidance counselor had a huge beaming smile on her face and I quote her, “SIGNIFICANTLY above average analytical skills”.
I am not boasting per se, it was after all some 50 years ago. but those are the skills I needed to navigate the BULLSHYT roadblocks and bullheadedness around me. ie, ‘figuring out’ that stuff was the twin of ‘figuring out’ some technical type code or engineering problem.
and congrats to you mr president, I would not have got 30/30.

  7. My youngest son was tested for our GATE program (gifted and talented education) by the women running our local elementary school. He was identified as a candidate because of how well he blazed through the classroom work with ease (and boredom) But he was rejected for GATE … because, essentially … he was a non-verbal kid. I suppose today … he would be put somewhere on the scale of “Autism”. Rubbish. He didn’t “engage” his interviewers in the same verbal diarrhea that his dad would have … 🙂 But these untrained and/or poorly trained women (in my opinion) simply didn’t understand my kid … at. all. My kid simply … isn’t verbal … unless he wants to be. He doesn’t suffer fools, and is beyond self confident … he’s simply competent in everything he does. But he didn’t “measure-up” on their bullshitty metric for “gifted”. I assume, because we hadn’t read enough Judy Blume stories to him Pre-K.
Nevermind … his undergraduate degree in mathematics from UCLA … wasn’t the least bit gifted. And he was outearning his “testers” with his first paycheck. And yes, I DO know what became of his classmates who WERE selected for GATE. And it is a mixed bag to say the least.

  8. Kenji, boredom can be a real “mark” killer. If a kid can’t be bothered because of boredom, they will not score high. Friend of mine did coop as a teachers aid. She was asked to test a grade 6 student who was doing poorly in math. After she convinced him to co-operate, he didn’t put the book he was reading down till he hit 1st year college math, and started to struggle at 3rd year college math. Just bludy boredom was all that was the problem:-))
