When The FBI Does It, That Means That It’s Not Illegal

The Hill;

Republican-led House and Senate committees are investigating whether leaders of the Russia counterintelligence investigation had contacts with the news media that resulted in improper leaks, prompted in part by text messages amongst senior FBI officials mentioning specific reporters, news organizations and articles.
In one exchange, FBI counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok and bureau lawyer Lisa Page engaged in a series of texts shortly before Election Day 2016 suggesting they knew in advance about an article in The Wall Street Journal and would need to feign stumbling onto the story so it could be shared with colleagues.

Quite the article.

  1. So dreadful to see that some FBI agents think they work for the DNC rather than the American people.

  2. Hugh Hewitt was reading from the article this morning on my drive in to work. I would say something like “I couldn’t believe my ears” but nothing surprises me anymore about these Deep State shenanigans. Sorry progs but this really is the worst political scandal in American history.

  3. I have long held that the Democrats in the US are the most corrupt organization in western society and no further proof is required that seeing how they have infiltrated the various law enforcement and intelligence organizations in the US. Of course their branch organization in Canada aka Liberals are not far behind so we Canadians have no right to tsk tsk our American cousins.

  4. It’s an iceberg with many tips.
“A chief feature of the administrative state is its relentless centralization, but with a reciprocal effect: Its mandates, regulations, distorting funding mechanisms, and elitist professionalism have corrupted our political culture all the way back down to local government. It is the chief reason why Americans increasingly have contempt for government.”
From “How Woodrow Wilson Planted the Seeds of the Administrative State” by Steven F. Hayward in the Daily Signal

  5. I’m willing to bet that Peter Strzok and Lisa Page wish they had a Private Server in the basement bathroom of their Estate in rural New York like SHE did? Or could “accidentally” spill a bottle of bleachBit on the government servers. Watch as all HER minions … “the team” … serve long prison sentences while SHE continues to live in the lap of luxury.
Lock them up. Lock them ALL up!

  6. I’ve been following this for a long time now and I am quite surprised that the main stream media have not reported on what is happening in the Congressional hearings, not really!! FOX news has been the only broadcaster that has been reporting on this led by Sean Hannity, and of late Rush Limbaugh has been giving it more air time so now the other media are going to have to make a decision, either try and keep it under wraps or catch up before they lose all credibility. The blog site Conservative Tree House has been covering this issue and there is a great up to date synopsis for those that are interested.
On a side note, part of the Congressional hearings are looking into the possibility that some journalists have been paid to flog the Steele Dossier. This may be the Judas Gate to the whole scandal. The way I see it, if a journalists has accepted a private under the table payment to flog a story then they have done nothing but advertise and as such they are not covered under the 1st. Amendment. This being the case they cannot hide behind the 1st. and will have to give up their paymasters or will end up charged and incarcerated. With the number of upper echelon personnel involved in this scandal the US penal system is going to have to refurbish Alcatraz.

  7. There isn’t enough prison capacity nor honest Lawyers to incarcerate all those responsible for the corruption in the US. Better to shut it down and contract out Justice to Mexico and Security to Israel. Someone else has to do the work that Americans won’t.

  8. Strzok was probably, based on the bio the FBI gave out, involved in the Uranium One “investigation.”

  9. The FBI has been improperly interfering in American politics since J Edger Hoover at least. Were it not for the internet too few citizens would be aware to make a difference. The elites no longer control the most effective media. They are terrified and desperate. Look out!

  10. …”…With the number of upper echelon personnel involved in this scandal the US penal system is going to have to refurbish Alcatraz…”…
There are rumors Trump is having Guantanamo refurbished
might be for all those democrats that will be thrown in jail in the coming year or two.
