  3. The sad part of it all is that many in the SJW crowd are merely what could be called useful idiots. They don’t even waste a thought about collateral consequences of the ideas they actively support. Of course, as long as they remain on the “winning” side, they are happy to be winners, so deep thought isn’t necessary.

  4. There is NO DOUBT in my mind, that public policy is being built on the “foundation” of Beatles song lyrics. As a result, I am increasing my personal arsenal … with every paycheck.
    Don’t get me wrong … I am a uuuge Beatles fan … even a Neil Young fan. But I can easily separate silly notions from the facts of life. Strategy from Emotion. Intelligence from Emotion.

If these children are our future then we are facing the same fate as my grandfather did in Russia in the 1920s, the Germans did in the 1930s, and the Chinese did during the Cultural Revolution and Mao’s Red Guard. You could also include the Cambodians under Pol Pot, Cubans under Castro, and Venezuelans under Chavez.
    No doubt there would also be many willing to emulate Che Guevara’s death count acomplishments in the US and Canada.

  6. Listening to the woeful cries of those students makes me realize how lucky I am to have been born 67 years ago. I shudder to think where this kind of idiocy will end. Maybe Kate is right. Get prepared for some nasty times.

  8. The Universities like Yale have failed to teach students to function, per societal norms. None of these dysfunctional graduates can expect to find gainful employment. They may benefit from a group therapy placement in a Cult Organization like Charlie Manson’s….
    Who would hire them ? What value do they bring to any functioning group?
    They are the next generation of Homeless drug addicts…..
    Shut down the Yale & Harvard dysfunctional administration

  10. Unfortunately, they will find work in government and social services, or continue on to teach in university ——“studies” departments, thus perpetuating. One good thing is that they tend to have low birthrates.

  11. Phillip G Shaw: I do agree with you totally, Yale is one of the worlds famous Universities has become a DAY CARE CENTRE for the dysfunctional LBTGHQ groups. I believe most of University is run the same old way but sorry to hear it has lost some really good professors. And is spending millions on new office buildings for the Dean of Diversity!! Go Figure!!

  12. Everything these snowflakes said is hate speech and they must silence themselves.
    Tell them that whatever they say and whatever they will say offends you and therefore they must not say anything.
    That’s all you have to tell them.
    Make them play by their own rules.
    If they tell you something, answer them by saying that it offends you.
    If they ask you a question, tell them that question offends you.
    Then demand they apologize, and tell them their apology is hate speech and it offends you.
    And their silence is also offensive.
    Rinse, repeat.

  14. Why is any of this SJW shit the least bit surprising at the schools mentioned? These are ultra-lieberal schools in ultra-lieberal New England. That’s what the lieberals who fund these schools and send their kids there expect. This is about as newsworthy as announcing that bears shit in the woods or the sun rises in the morning. If this was happening at Texas A&M or OSU, then it would be newsworthy.

  15. Liberal arts universities are the most progressive places in the world. Progressive policies have turned universities into places overrun by identity politics, racial grievances, absolute ideological conformity and hysterical intolerance. The standards, quality and ability to replicate/validate peer reviewed studies continues to sink to new lows. Meanwhile the cost of a liberal arts degree have skyrocketed during this time. Here’s the kicker: the people who have facilitated this mess are the same people who claim their super awesome intellect and educational pedigree makes them experts and that people like them should be managing government policies and improving society. Evidence and observations do not support these assertions. Look at the damage they’ve done at places where they dominate and their ideas have been put into practice – liberal arts universities.

    Not so fast, after spending a career in Engineering Project Management, I know that Automation & Robotics has limitations. We pushed the envelope hard, But simple tasks like the civil service are the ideal functions for Robots….Huge savings with little risk….
    I don’t have a robotic world vision because we tried & failed in many applications . The Human mind will always be superior & the human doesn’t have an Off Switch… Knowledge is worthless without an intuitive question.

    p.s., being a college undergrad is NOT a prerequisite for being a know-it-all. I met LOTS of them in my 2 yrs at a manufacturing plant.
    lots of YSMs (young single males) telling me how wrong and stooopid I was. reality check: who owned their own place starting since I was their age and still do? not them !!!
