1. I learned a long time ago to stay away from the lutefisk and stick with the lefsa. Did someone say say lefsa?

2. Icelandic lutefisk is not like that and tastes pretty good.
   I have a stupid question. Why are there so many Americans attached to the embassy in Oslo and what do they do all day, I mean besides tasting the local fare?

3. Minnesota served lutefisk many many decades ago.
   Not a great taste. My opinion.
