  1. Like the National Post article quoting someone saying the voice could be from Northeastern States or Canada…
Canada? We must all sound the same to the Yanks…
    eh.

  2. Perhaps they referred to that large stuffed object in your living room as a “chesterfield” … or said “eh” in arabic or syrian or whatever . . .

  3. I grew up near the US border, speaking what I assumed was basic Western Canadian. Can’t remember the number of times I’ve been taken for a Brit. Given the area where I grew up was a mix of Italian, Doukhobour, Canadien, English, and everybody else in varying proportions (the Canadiens were a small but definite group), I’m surprised I have any discernable accent. The names of my childhood: Harkness, Benson, Dahlstrom, Bouey, Macavoy, Ross, Nesbitt, Loft, Harkness, Welsh, Irish, Eastcott, Tory, Schnieder, … and there are so many more. Such a mix of nationalities – but we were one community.

  4. Yeah,or maybe it was when the guy ended the message with,” and how about them Leafs,eh”.
I feel safe and secure knowing Ralph Gooddale is the Minister of Public Safety.

  5. CSIS issued its own statement Sunday repeating its assessment, first made in April, that “the threat of terrorism has never been as direct or immediate, and is compounded by the fact that the nature of the threat is rapidly evolving.”

But Justin and the MSM said that was fear-mongering!

  6. Canada has always been a sanctuary country for Islamic terrorism, this is nothing new.
Obviously the new PM doesn’t care, he has already promised to not deport any of them prior to his election. Where in gods name do people think all the financing and money laundering for these animals comes from? It’s not only Saudi Arabia, but the west that facilitates education and financing by these people for these people.
We’ve all read the reports of dozens of “youth” flying from Canadian cities to the ME to fight for ISIS, why would it be a shock to find that the Paris attacks were connected with Canada and it’s Open Borders in any way?

  7. Welcome to the real world J T. How long for the grey hairs to show. Selfie?
    Bad actors all round.

  8. I listened to it. A few minutes I’ll never get back yadda. IMO it’s probably a Canadian but it’s not a 100% thing — it could possibly be somebody from Minnesota or western New York. If he had pronounced a French word in a style peculiar to English Canadians that would have been a strong indicator but he didn’t. So, verdict inconclusive but probably Canadian.

  9. The gross incompetence of the Liberal Party Cabal elected to govern this country is already apparent this early in their mandate and we are not safe, we are not going prosper economically. There should be zero immigration from the ME including the so-called refugees. The Paris massacre has apparently not touched the touchy feely Trudeau enough to want to hold off taking any risks by flooding this country with people it’s impossible to screen.
Irresponsible voting gets you irresponsible government. We have elected one hell of a mess.

  10. George Soros does not care one whit if Canadians are safe as long as his agenda is forwarded through the Shiny Pony and his handler Butts.

  11. George Soros wants to disarm all americans just like Obama wants he(Soros)funds gun control groups like IANSA and finances the Useless Nations as well

  12. “Boisvert said that since the Paris attacks Canadian counter-terrorism officers would be checking up on their targets, making sure none had disappeared. They would also be updating their threat assessments in light of what happened in Paris and adding to their capacity abroad to bolster screening of Syrian refugees, he said.” (italics mine)
Well, there’s the problem right there. They should be making terrorists disappear. Polar bears have to eat, too.

  13. What happened in paris is proof what happens when you ban all privatly owned guns and open your nations borders to the so called refugees and Obama the Fink want to do this to america this is the canary in the coal mine warning us of the dangers of open borders
