“Figueres is on record saying democracy is a poor political system for fighting global warming. Communist China, she says, is the best model,” he wrote.
“This is not about facts or logic. It’s about a new world order under the control of the UN. It is opposed to capitalism and freedom and has made environmental catastrophism a household topic to achieve its objective.”[…]
Newman said “hopefully, like India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Tony Abbott isn’t listening (to the UN)”.
But he warned that “having gained so much ground, eco-catastrophists won’t let up”.
“After all, they have captured the UN and are extremely well-funded. They have a hugely powerful ally in the White House,” he said.

But Newman tells only part of the story – the largest part of AGW hysteria is returning to the green utopia by taxation and crony capitalism (green tech/carbon trade. The people who dreamt up the crisis did so to collapse the old teetering economic systems (free market capitalism and hard asset valuated currency) they have raped into instability and replace them with carbon currency and elite insider trading and control. The UN globalist commies (like Strong)just came along for the ride the global insider financiers were offering – Global warming (AKA climate change) is a global economic system controlled by a small oligopoly – the athoritarianism and regulating which concentrates power in a few unelected hands appealed to the UN commies – so global warming was a marriage of euro-oligarch financiers and UN-networked globalist commies to concentrate wealth, power and resources in the hands of a small unelected elite. The UN is essentially a global corporation which brokers power and financial influence.
Of course this means most policies which effect the property, resources and productivity of individuals is controlled by people they do not elect and which is not responsible to them – the perfect commie end run around democracy.

I remember seeing a short article that stated Trudeau had been named as head of an Agenda21 implementation planning board. I have searched and searched trying to find it to post but to no avail. I believe it has been scrubbed.

The only dif between the Un and any other government institution is the inclusion of 3rd world carpetbaggers who’s first prime directive is to skim some cash. Combine that with the so called expert bureaucrats and thievery and increased budgets rule the day.

What is you deniers’ don’t understand? Climate change – day care – carbon taxes. That’s the only way this thing can work – honesty, common sense and proper science have been proved hopelessly inadequate in the quest for the new, nicer oligopolists and technocrats who plan to run our lives.
If some authoritarian is going to run my life, I’d rather it was someone who was successful, as opposed to the emotion addled crybaby Marxists we see nowadays in the bureaucracy, the media and in our universities. Now you can add unethical judges to the mix. These political cretins end up the most judgmental, coercive censors of all, destroying freedom; and our prosperity right along with it. Sure Conrad Black is richer than before, but so am I. Why would I want both of us to be equally poor?
Luckily victory is at hand. Here in Canada I look forward to Justin Trudeau’s cap & trade (aka carbon tax) plan, heralding the end of his career and of any politicians with their “polluter pay” or “carbon pricing” money grabbing schemes (what should we tax next – the fabric of space – no wait, dark matter). That’s the only way Trudeau can pay for his new day care program and other “accounting errors” we will hear about later – and everybody knows it.
