I never thought of that. I just figured that the surgery didn’t take.
Nothing to be upset about here. She was merely putting into practice a popular belief of left wing organizations, ie wealth distribution.
The ENTIRE board of this agency is responsible.
They have a fiduciary responsibility to have safeguards in place.
