3. Gotta admit, he is certainly punishing the American public and rewarding his Muslim friends. I think that’s what he meant.

6. Congress has for years stuffed many non-related items into omnibus bills. At least 40% of the first stimulus (Quantitative Easing) under George W, was not at all related to the stated purpose of the bill. In this was, they can bury pet bits of payback into a bill, most won’t notice. If the politician notices and votes against it he/she has a hard time explaining their reasons because it gets lost on the voters because of the title of the bill and as we know the media are shills for the Democrat party. Short explanation: junk always gets buried in the bills. One could make a career of investigating the pork and payoffs.
