  3. Was vapid thin skinned convenient femme fatale Lala (Canada’s answer to Paris Hilton) and her boyfriend geezerpunk Winkie led to the woodshed for posting this pic before a major gun ban announcement by Chow?
    Judging by their furious deflecting attempts,including an “open letter” by K&K to a Sun staffer threatening to expose him for pointing out their blatant hypocrisy, it appears that Heath did give the “Liberal Super Couple” a major thrashing.
    Another prime example of the reverse Midas touch that the “Asskicker of Canadian Politics” Kinsella has perfected.

  8. It looks like a real gun but that most certainly is not a CFO approved firing range. It looks like someone has brought a restricted weapon to the cottage. That would be two major gun laws broken already, three if the gun is loaded. I guess there is one law for the peasants and none for Kinsella and his friends.

  12. As has been pointed out already, if that is a real gun then maybe Mr. Kinsella could tell us at what CFO-approved range Ms. Kirbie was shooting at. Even if she wasn’t actually shooting it is still a criminal offence to stand outside your dwelling with a restricted firearm, and still another to point it. Is that Mr. Kinsella’s cottage? Maybe someone can ask Ontario CFO Chris Wyatt if an either Ms. Kirbie or Mr. Kinsella had an Authorization to Transport a restricted firearm to that location. Perhaps Mr. Kinsella, being a lawyer and all, could explain how we are in error?

  19. if she is really using the toy gun defense I will have to revise my already low opinion of Warren and his girlfriend because it was well over a decade ago that lawmakers decided that toy guns could not look like real ones and must be coloured to be easily identifiable as a toy. Also replica guns were banned. So which is it Warren?

  31. Ontario CFO Chris Wyatt and his peers are the problem. They have issued so many “regulations” unsupported by legislation that there is a lot of confusion as to what is legal and what isn’t. Regulations made by bureaucrats must reflect the intent of the Act of Parliament.
    This why the RCMP designation or redesignation of restricted or prohibited is such a problem.
    And then there is all the crap that cops make up on the spot.
    Example a non functioning firearm (bolt or other critical part removed) is not subject to ANY safe storage requirements.
    That don’t mean ya won’t get busted by a gung-ho iguana. Witness the numerous citizens charged then exonerated after, lengthly defenses. Then having their property returned after being stored in a mud puddle.
    Instalation of a trigger lock is adequate….although the High River door kickers seized many firearms with affixed trigger locks or with bolts removed….then carelessly dumped on a the concrete floor of the detachment garage.
    Note the recent flap, on discovery of a newly published RCMP manual designating this conduct as SOP.

    What specific section of the criminal code would that be?
    My permits apply to the property, not the house. As long as I am carrying or wearing the firearm it’s legal unless I brandish it or point it at someone or another property. I only need an approved range if I choose to load and fire it.
    The firearm in the picture is likely a pellet pistol used for target shooting or killing tree rats.

  46. There is only one way for Kinsella and his Adam’s apple “girlfriend” to prove the gun is real or an air pistol. She should point it in a safe direction, namely Warren’s head, and squeeze the trigger. If there is a loud bang then the gun is real. And the world will also be spared more insufferable nonsense from the likes of Kinsella.

    Here’s the thing:
    Even if it is a toy/replica gun, Kinsella strongly suggests that it is real in his tweet, and that his girlfriend is prepared to use a real gun to defend them both from “crazies.”
    Now, I approve of that — it’s something the 3 of us can agree on — but what is it? A fake gun can’t protect you, right? And isn’t “self defense” a de facto crime in Canada?
    I’m not the one who has a Law Society to answer to, so it doesn’t matter to me, but…
    I may not be as good looking as Kirbie, but at least my shotgun’s the real thing.

    Last week he called my husband and I “white supremacists” again, and said that it was because of us that he severed ties with a Canadian Jewish group we were vaguely associated with.
    The trouble is, Sun News has advertised on my blog, and Arnie’s, since day one. Our ties with Sun are much more substantial.
    And Kinsella writes for the Sun chain and appears on their shows.
    So…?

    Why have I not read of Warnout’s house being visited by the cops?
