In my capacity as Director of a Manufacturing firm I received the following from one of our US customers.
I’ve removed any info that could indicate my, or their, company.
The depths that the Obama administration has gone to for diversity, is Orwellian.
The interference into private businesses personal lives is unbelievable.
It’s clearly stated that failure to give them this highly personal info would cost us any
further business.
We did not comply.

This is a statement of government pogrom – target groups for government patronage and non patronage – it follows the directives police/DHS/TSA and other agencies have gotten on how to misapply the law.

I hate to break the news but this crap predates Obama. Hell, it helped create the notion of Obama! The US federal government has been into this shit for decades. An entire fed-pimping industry has evolved to help businesses do business with the US government. This is the face of Leviathan.

When I started working in the mid-1960s it was illegal to ask/record an employee`s ethnicity, but another law required the company to break down the employees by ethnicity/race. So yes, it has been going on for decades with the difference that it is now legal/required to ask.
Can’t we just get back to use of the terms, “Kulaks”, “Counter-revolutionaries”, “Foreign interventionists” and “Running dog lackeys of the imperialist bourgeoisie”? It simplified the paper work and you at least had a rough idea when you’d get the knock on the door at two in the morning.
You are only allowed to ask any identifying questions post-hiring. In this way the company cam avail itself of all manner of gov;t programs to assist the ‘disadvantaged’. Another way to keep everyone in their place and therefore compliant.

Incredible that we – whites – have allowed this to happen in the societies we created from the bare land.
There was almost nothing when whites came to North America and people suffered and worked to get the basis of civilization going. (Imagine suffering through a winter in Saskatchewan with no mod cons for example.) And then fought and died in ridiculous European wars for freedom.
And now we are discriminated against in our own countries. Turned into bogeymen who – we are told – are at the root of all the problems experienced often by semi-illiterate peasants (in English) streaming in to North America to claim the land as their own.
Truly madness stalks the land. We allowed it to happen one guilt trip at a time. And are reaping the mad consequences as our societies commit cultural suicide.
