  1. There have been rumblings within the Democrat’s echo chamber of taxing people that move out of California who collect from California sources. I doubt it’s legal, but I’m surprised they’ve seen the problem.

  2. Those businesses you mentioned are not “small businesses”. They are also big donors to the democrats. I’m sure that buys them breathing room from leftist over-taxation and harrassment.

  3. Actually, they don’t see the problem: over-regulated/reaching statist government intrusion into all aspects of californians’ work and personal lives.
    What they are noticing – possibly – with the outflux of disgusted citizens and businesses is the backlash to the problem.
