What do you expect when you get the same company that created the Librano scheme to transfer money to the Lieberal party from the worlds most expensive database project. Turnaround times at the firearms registry were measured in years and, given the 500-1000x cost over-run that the firearms registry experienced, I suspect that the final Obozocare signup will occur sometime in the year 2330 (that’s assuming that CGI has learned nothing from the firearms registry).
Of course, that’s just measuring programming productivity which doesn’t seem to be a high priority with this company and I suspect that they use illiterate bushmen who have never seen a computer as their dirt cheap contract programmers. However, if one measures efficiency in the theft of government funds, they are superb in this particular aspect of their area of operations. The only question I have is if CGI transferred close to $2 billion to the Librano’s in Canada during the creation of the firearms database, why did they stoop so low as to transfer a mere $600 million in the US? Perhaps this was just the first installment and the Obozo campaign will be enriched by $20 billion in the “fixup” of the failed Obozocare website.

User testimony that I’ve been reading online suggests that in all likelihood those first 6 people counted as signed up probably didn’t sign up.
The site was set up to force people to register before they could browse policy options.
Simply registering to browse without selecting any policy was taken by the Healthcare.gov website as a signup.
Anyone else notice the Obama administration and some world leaders act and look like characters in a Roger Rabbit/ Warner Bros cartoon movie.
Each day I wake up and see cartoon material, it keeps me laughing instead of loosing my cool.

The last of our WW II vets are passing each day. I stopped in Nanton last month and visited the WW II Air Museum. To state it was a humbling experience does not do justice to the experience. I bring this up as the world was real back then. Today our world is dominated by a genre of leadership who simply do not come near to making the grade.
In IT there are three levels of Project Failure in escalating level of failure order:

Government IT project
