The thought that obama hung those Seals out to die repulses me as nothing I have ever experienced, it’s beyond disgusting. They fought heroically to the end, their sacrifice will not be recognized by the one, ever. Those heroes left behind loving families and as Canadians we know bravery. Please donate to the ones these brave warriors left behind.

RL: “I hate it when marketers try to re-dine words in the english language”
Precisely, even more irritating is the “organic” beef section of the meat display. Once a steer is butchered it is no longer “organic” I always, always choose non organic, non green products.
max at Oct. 25, 4:18 AM: This may have been a gangster hunt but it sure looked like “surrounding the wrong building” to me. Ma and Pa Canuck were being searched and given citations as if they were the gangsters.
I think it’s one of those Canadian intrusions on Liberty that are sloughed off by the media elites and the rest of the sleeping masses. If it would glean media attention, the BC Civil Liberties Assn. would be out in force. But alas; there’s no money to be made here.
Another great U.N. moment!

I believe this is the real Mitt Romney:

bruce wayne riley, I donated on line to the Ty Woods Foundation this morning. Like you, I’m utterly sickened by the mendacity and, above all, the EVIL of Obama and his henchpeople.
What’s worse, though, is a culture that cannot recognize evil. How come? The trashing of the “pearl of great price”, the Judeo-Christian heritage. Only a fool could support Zer0. Western “civilization” is now chock full of complacent, entitled, even “well educated”—as in indoctrinated—fools, who have not a clue about the riches of our heritage. Kyrie eleison.
Conservatives forget about ever reducing our debt:

Irrational morals.
Obama did an interview with CBS on September 12 and called the bengazi attack a terrorist act. CBS edited that out on instruction from the regime.
Multiculturalism in its controversial glory: Is Canada a ‘country without a core culture’?

“Global Warming scare is finished”
“There is no doubt that the global warming scare is over now that even the most warminst of newspaper, the Guardian, has realised that Renewable energy has turned sour for ethical investors.
It is over.
The demolition has been scheduled.
The execution date set.
For all the warmists might huff and puff about their “science”, nothing can change the facts:
There has been no warming for at least 15 years.
The Kyoto commitment is ending on 31st December 2012
Climate researchers have lost confidence in their models
It is clear from the falling share price of wind and solar, that investors, whose jobs it is to know about such things, have decided that there will be almost no wind or solar being sold after the end of this year. These are the professional people whose job it is to know the value of the companies in which they invest. There is no better judge of the future prospects of these companies. We ignore their judgement at our peril like we ignore the advice of a doctor. People may believe some kind of replacement for Kyoto is going to materialise like a rabbit out of a magicians hat. But for the rest of us who are not on drugs, the fact is that the people whose job it is to know … DO NOT BELIEVE KYOTO WILL BE REPLACED.”

I’d say over 72 percent of taxpayers have no idea how much rural conservative welfare scum farmers are leeching from their honest hard earned pay checks. They are much more of a parasitic blight on society than any group Levant chooses to demagogue.
More cuts to the left-liberal arts.

“Tory MP awards Diamond Jubilee medal to jailed anti-abortion crusader Linda Gibbons”
“Conservative MP Maurice Vellacott, who gave Diamond Jubilee medals to two anti-abortion activists who have been jailed repeatedly, calls them “heroines of humanity.”
Vellacott gave one of his 30 allotted medals to Mary Wagner, whose aggressive actions “counselling” women in abortion clinics have repeatedly landed her behind bars.
The Saskatchewan MP also gave one to Linda Gibbons, another longtime pro-life advocate and frequent convict on mischief charges.
Wagner, 38, is currently in jail in Toronto awaiting trial after entering a clinic in August — this following a conviction earlier in the summer for a similar offence last November when she attempted to force her way into a Toronto clinic’s private treatment area.”

“The Iron Fist”
“This chart from the Washington Post and ABC appears to show Romney breaking away. How does this happen?”
“Why is it that trends can be tight for a while and then suddenly one side pulls away? History is full of these discontinuities. Glenn Harlan Reynolds ascribes such sudden shifts to what he calls a Preference Cascade.”

Let a Thousand Ads Bloom: Obama Tells Jay Leno He’s Not So Good With This “Math Stuff”
http://minx.cc/?post=334224
from the comments one that is Phantom/Etesque
“Unless Malia herself is a particularly good student, she would be taking geometry, which uses “T” proofs. Then would come Algebra II, Precalculus and Calculus.
At least, that’s the way it is in public schools, some of us weren’t part of the 1%.
Now, keep in mind, Obama went to Harvard Law School and somehow, one would think, that logic and reason would be a simple matter. The actual geometry is not some bottomless pit of definitions and theorems, the key is reasoning and problem-solving.
Algebra is even more rote.
But look at what this Harvard Law School graduate is saying: He isn’t saying that he forgot math, he was saying he was terrible at it when he was a student.
“I hate to break it to Obama, but mathematics is the only reliable intellectual filter. It is abstract, so one does not need specific knowledge. It is remorseless, one is either correct or incorrect, the theorem is either proven or it is not.
No math major goes around saying “Whew! I’m so glad I don’t have to take those PoliSci courses, I just can’t get my mind around that stuff.”

“I think the moment that won the debate, and perhaps the election, for Romney came near the end, when Romney was speaking and Obama fixed him with the Punahou Death Stare . . . and Romney just kept right on going, making his points directly to Obama, entirely unflustered by the president’s juvenile tactics. That spoke volumes about the character of the two men and no one who was watching could have missed it.”
