When you create a society of multi generational moochers. Dependant on Government. A slave state in effect. How can you possibly crate a working culture anymore?
I fear a big war is the only thing that will do it. A war of survival.
From groups like environmental businesses that produce nothing but regulations, to food stamp harlots. Welfare voters. Education that teaches nothing but politics, while down grading knowledge for political reasons. Than add on all the typical social parasites that do nothing but revile the real working class to justify their own lack of any ambition. add in to the mix a culture that despises ethics as for fools with an abandonment for the Golden rule for a law of me first. Relying on a Patriarchal system of government dole. It can only last for a small while until it tips over into chaos.

That has got to be one of the clearest expositions of basic economics I’ve ever read. Also makes perfect sense and all that is needed is someone with the guts to implement such a program in the US.
It’s going to be a messy process to clean the parasites out of western societies but I’m an optimist. My optimism is rationally based as almost all the personally owned firearms are in the hands of people who would agree with the Captain.

I had a chance to stand on that beach, in that spot and wonder how they got off the beach, up those draws and reached the top.
Very moving experience.
