As Wisconsin’s Governor attempts to get a grip on public sector union costs in his massively debt-ridden state, some Wisconsin preschoolers are taught to “(repeat) the popular slogan ‘kill this bill,'” while some older students are being used as unwitting pawns in the union’s cause:

“PS — We all know that socialism doesn’t include God on the agenda. Well, neither does the public educational system. You can pray to Gaia, as often happens, especially on Earth Day, but not to the Judeo-Christian God. Socialist, as we all know, are so open, tolerant, and diversity-loving.”
Yes, Liberals (that you keep wanting to call socialists) are open and tolerant. There’s nothing wrong with praying to whatever god you want, but not in public school. If you want Christian prayers to be included in school, then you include the rest. I fail to see how acknowledging a public awareness day like Earth Day (which was not invented by the school system) constitutes “praying.”
“exorbitant salaries, perks, and benefits of teachers and administrators”
Please define what you mean by this. What qualifies as an “exorbitant” salary for people responsible for educating the next generation? Benefits and pensions are something most people get access to with the private companies they work for…why shouldn’t public employees have the same benefits?
