  1. Ha! Deniers! Everyone in the science community knows that AGW is responsible for a rise in average global temps of close to 0.0000003 of a degree C every century or so, give or take a few zeros and floating decimals.

  3. I have always thought the thermostat for the sun could be hidden in Biggar Sask, if we could find it we could turn it up or down. I need a govt. grant to find it! Makes as much sense as globull warming SCAM now doesn’t it. Think of the homeless shelters and food for the poor that could have been bought with all the stolen money in this SCAM. Any environMENTAL minister that still entertains this crap should be fired!

    Georgia’s temperature was significantly below normal last month. In Atlanta, the monthly average temperature was 40.2 degrees F (2.5 degrees below normal), in Athens 39.7 degrees (2.5 degrees below normal), Columbus 43.6 degrees (3.2 degrees below normal), Macon 42 degrees (3.5 degrees below normal), Savannah 45.1 degrees (4.1 degrees below normal), Brunswick 49.1 degrees (2.6 degrees below normal), Alma 44.9 degrees (6.8 degrees below normal), Valdosta 47.3 degrees (2.6 degrees below normal) and Augusta 41.7 degrees (3.1 degrees below normal).

  11. Aww, thanks 🙂 You’re too kind. I’m sure you’d be capable of it, too, if you tried. Things like honesty, integrity, honour … most people think they’re the punchline to a joke rather than a personal code of conduct. I guess you have to leave them by the wayside if you want to succeed in politics, or have a loyal following of fanatics. It’s too bad. But I do admire your ability to draw a crowd. And your art. And it’s never too late to regain your purity.

  15. Honesty, integrity, honour — three things that would greatly benefit climate science today.
    We haven’t seen very much of these since about 1980. Just by mere coincidence, I was blacklisted in 1981. Hmm.

So if I understand the theory, the drop in sunspot activity and other related signs of the suns energy radiation level recently explains why we have actually been getting colder in the last couple of years and why only a few years prior it was measurably warmer. The graphic seems to be predicting a return to high energy emissions from the sun within the next few years (peaking in 2013?). If we experience warmer weather during that time period it will go a very long way towards verifying that theory (I expect it will).
    Unfortunately the AGW crazies and those financially and otherwise committed to AGW theory will also hail it as return to the AGW phenomenon.
    The ultimate proof is going to have to wait until the sun’s energy emissions recede again – predicted to be circa 2019. If the temps fall back – AGW is a goner – the enviro world’s piltdown man – if they continue ever higher then I will likely have to eat some crow… I doubt I will have to ingest corvus.

    I love his use of examples, evidence, and logic. Uh wait, I would love them I am sure, because obviously he must have it in spades to support the conclusions he places in his posts with such confidence.
    Unfortunately, as Alex’s obvious superior intelligence warrants, his reasoning will ever remain occult to us, and we must accept his pearls of wisdom on faith alone.

    I’ll start.
    The Wisconsin glaciation receding with the modern Holocene epoch. With the ice sheet lifting off the frozen tundra, the Green Bay Packer were able to resume practice and win the 2011 Super Bowl.

Climate change has been happening for 4+ Billion years, had it not been, then we would all be some form of Volcano loving, suplhur breathing creatures…
