Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

They’re not the Village People, but on the other hand they’re still better dressers than Ahmadinejad. Really.

Or, errrrrr, NOT……
If the Educational industry in BC sees this, they will make it mandatory view in elementary schools throughout the province.
In the interest of honesty, I have to change my posted name back from “chicken little”

That ol’ Great Satan just keeps popping up eh? Keep whacking that mole, Mullahs!
This explains all the mano a mano kissing and hand holding,…. and the dresses.
Wasn’t Arafat really really gay?
Not nice Kate!! Some of us try to eat breakfast. If that does not kill any desire to eat…….
LOL
Disgustingly hillarious! Now try to picture a bunch of Iranian men in that production. Amadinnerjacket would empty is Hershey Highway.
Isn’t that Rick Mercer sneaking out of camera shot behind the cabinet?
aaaaaghhhhh,…
Song has been in my head for an hour now. lol. Good tune.
Did I miss the announcement, has the federal election started?
I just saw Jack Liartons campaign ad – inane, repetitive and nothing whatsoever to do with the issues in Canada today.
If this is the hottest video in Iran …
Kinda reminds me of college kids whose first impression of their new-found freedom is the freedom to indulge in self-destructive behaviour.
Much like self-described lesbian Manjit Ishrad, the Canadian Muslim critic and author, the popularity of the video tells me the population of Iran is rebelling against their savage regime by acting out what outrages the mullahs most.
Wouldn’t be my choice of rebellion but, the tune was kinda catchy.
If that was a bunch of straight men glorrifying sex with women, and the LITTLE boy at the start and end was a LITTLE girl everyone would be horrified. WHY IS THIS OK just because they are gay? Be gay I DON’T F..ING CARE leave little children out of it. SDA I’m dismayed you woud use that video ( only because of the chid).
Um, Jay? It IS possible to film things at different times and places, then splice them together, y’know. Not like it was on stage or something.
I think that needed a N,V,AL,R,G,SSC ,,, 😉

Leave Iran to progress by itself and it will. Bombing them will only strengthen authoritarian rule. If we really care about human rights in Iran talk to them and accept them into the international community rather than lusting after their oil
Stick to golf commentary, Johnny Miller. Try this little trick…next time you see some neighbourhood hoodlums selling crack, howsabout you go “talk to them and accept them into the international community”…then let us know how that turns out for you.
Um, the phantom. Yeah I get the fact the child was not at the hyper sexual shoot. The fact they included the child at the begining and then sexualized the chid using the gay doll at the end makes this video disgusting and borderline pedophilia. Any parent that allowed their child to be in this video with that reference is at best completely irresponsible and at worst… I won’t say.
I think this is an appropriate link to try and balance out the gayness of this post:

we can all rest assured that in Iran none of this really goes on and it’s all just a figment of our collective imaginations.
Well I watched the beginning and that was enough. I left it playing to the end while I looked at a different page though, ’cause it was really good music.
