Y2Kyoto: Legislating Morality

“As the former vice-president said as he accepted his Academy Award, climate change is moral issue, not just a political issue,” – Lorne Calvert

Tim Thorstenson, North Dakota State University;

As a scientist, I find the current strategy of the global warming crusade to be fascinating. Particularly because I am a scientist, I also find it insulting. Everyone should find it very disturbing.
I am referring to the fact that the global warming issue is now regarded as a “moral” matter by its advocates.
[…]
The message of these pseudo-moralists is that “good” people must start by accepting the pre-ordained orthodox conclusion and then work backwards through the claimed facts, making not an intellectual assessment of whether they are indeed true, but rather a “moral” assessment of whether or not they agree with the conclusion. Things claimed as facts which are “good” (in this moral sense) should be embraced and those which are “bad” (in this same moral sense) should be discarded, not because they are factually false, but because they are “immoral”.
In all honesty, this should scare the heck out of everyone. This is an atmosphere in which scientific inquiry is steered not by factual truth, but by a pre-ordained “moral” position. What is at work here is exactly what the liberals have always claimed to condemn. How is this any different from the decree of a radical theocratic dictator who will allow only those scientific conclusions which are approved by his church?

  1. speaking of science and morality, it intrigued me how many scientists on the manhattan project decided they didnt want to be associated with it and opposed use of The Bomb once it bacame clear Truman was delighted to have a way to a very quick end to the war and was indeed going to use the thing they had successfully designed and built.
that of course would be *AFTER* all the fun they had tinkering with gadgets and ‘tickling the dragon’s tail’.

  2. To me it is the damage done to the scientific community as a whole. When they and their pronouncements are looked upon in the same light as those of politicians something is definitely wrong. When any scientist announces anything now my view is, yeh yeh, pass the beer nuts. They as a whole have lost their creditability.

  3. meanwhile, the last 15 + years of satellite derived temperature data, the most accurate data scientists have ( not corrupted by urban heat island effect or land use impacts) shows a cooling trend.
    Damn those immoral satellites

  4. ” How is this any different from the decree of a radical theocratic dictator who will allow only those scientific conclusions which are approved by his church?”
No different at all, and much more dangerous, as Al has the power of the MSM, and Hollywood behind him.
We are going to have to fight long and hard to keep from being taxed to death, and have most of our precious freedoms curtailed by these zealots.

  5. Along this same topic,I see the ever moral cbc,has been “all climate, all fear” all this week.mansbridge touring all over the place, spreading the doom and gloom msg..on your dime.Intrepid reporter Adrian Arse-in-Hole (of Lebanese evacuation spin-cycle)ramps up the rhetoric, with such hangdog, ever depressing reportage,I can’t bear to even look at her anymore.

  6. Kate did you do the portrait of Moses Gore? This is fantastic. Best political artwork ever. The whole world should see this. Brilliant. I love it. Everyone should post this link to everywhere in the world. Even send one to the Canadian Messiah Savior David Suzuki.org After all this is Good friday you know. Even the pagans need some religion today. This is perfect !

  7. “What is at work here is exactly what the liberals have always claimed to condemn.”
Did this quote come from a scientist or John Baird? It seems very political for a scientist. Cause I thought it was science issue.
This is just the voice of a partisan Conservative
yelling back at the radio – “Peter Van Loan speaks for me.”

  8. Dark Age? Perverted science?
Sir Winston Churchill stood alone against another “Moses”. Dare to be a Daniel, was Winny.
    …-
“But if we fail, then the whole world, including the United States, including all that we have known and cared for, will sink into the abyss of a new Dark Age made more sinister, and perhaps more protracted,
by the lights of perverted science.” (June 18, 1940, House of Commons)

  9. If someone got into a boat, went a little ways off the shore, and radioed in a ‘Mayday’, Coast Guard Search and Rescue would come rushing out to save you. If, upon arrival, it was discovered that you weren’t really in any danger…
    1) If it was obvious that you never had any reason to believe, you would face criminal charges, hefty fines and be expected to pay back the costs of mobilizing the rescue teams.
    2) If you had reasonable grounds to think you were in danger but the threat wasn’t real, you would avoid the criminal charges. But you would still get the bill for the costs of mobilizing your rescuers.
When it finally becomes clear that this global warming schtick is a sham, who’s going to be held accountable for the massive amounts of money doled out that could have been put to much better use?
Iknow that that’s a stupid question. But to me, that’s the whole point. No matter what the topic, you can’t turn control of societal policy over to people who will never be accountable when they’re found to be wrong.

  10. Well, we all know what scientific background Al Gore has (degree in Politics).
What about the *scientific* background of some of the others who are preaching scientific *morality*, or just morality in general, to us from their Hollywood bully pulpit? Here is just a quicky view of a few that I was able to dig up:
Sean Penn attended Santa Monica College in Santa Monica, California, studying auto mechanics and speech, but did not graduate with a degree.
Rosie O’Donnell briefly attended Dickinson College, later transferring to Boston University but dropped out to pursue comedy.
Richard Gere graduated from North Syracuse Central High School, where he excelled at gymnastics and music, playing the trumpet.
Charlie Sheen attended Santa Monica High School. Just a few weeks before graduation, Sheen was expelled from the school for poor grades and bad attendance.
Natalie Maines graduated in 1992 from Lubbock High School in Lubbock, Texas.
Mike Farrell graduated from Hollywood High School.
Susan Sarandon graduated from Edison High School in 1964, and then attended The Catholic University of America from 1964 to 1968 where she attained a BA in drama.
Tim Robbins joined the drama club at the prestigious Stuyvesant High School. He spent two years at SUNY Plattsburgh and then returned to California to study at the UCLA Film School . Graduation in 1981.
Johnny Depp dropped out of high school in 1979 to become a rock musician.
George Clooney spent his earlier years in Columbus, Ohio, living in St. Michael’s elementary school. Later, he attended Kentucky’s Augusta High School, which he graduated in 1979, but was a poor student. He briefly attended Northern Kentucky University from 1979-81, but did not graduate, earning no more than freshman-level credits. He also very briefly attended the University of Cincinnati, but again did not graduate.
Bill Maher graduated from Pascack Hills High School in Montvale, New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Cornell University in 1978.
I’m pretty sure another hour spent looking would produce just more of the same.

  11. That pic’s another work of art, Kate. Even better than the Flakes on a Plane poster, itself a classic.

  12. The Kyoto Protocol is the convergence of bad science, zealotry, hypocrisy and greed. Even when the bad science is revealed, the “morals” of zealotry, hypocrisy and greed (from those standing to make “megatonnes of money”) will keep this whole sham going.

  13. It doesn’t matter how much scientific evidence is produced to debunk the Gore and friends hysteria. People like this will never concede to being wrong because it would be too damaging to their inflated egos. Admitting they are wrong will never be an option to people like this, no matter what. By the way, today (April 6th) it is -28C with the windchill here on the prairies. Al Gore can stick his man-made global warming BS where the sun doesn’t shine.

  14. CBCpravda with the PeterPansbridge fantasy world and the “world according to GorP” , “all scare, all the time”.
one evening is was Egyptian farmers with eroding fields caused by climate change.no mention of the dam upstream stopping the annual replentishment of the Nile with sediments and not even a visit to the excavated temple which sits 50 ft below the surface or the excavated temples with the mosque built on top of them.
last night it was the dutch. living on a delta that has been subsiding ,say to be to be conservative a few million years , interrupted only by massive glaciers. the last one cut the english channel.they balanced it by having a scientist opin one thing and then a farmer the opposite- cut with a movie of a cow – Im not making this up- nodding in agreement with the farmer.
this mornings announcement that this time its not just climate models but 5 years of real data!!

  15. Hot Air on one hand, Ignored solutions on the other.
There should be a Law. Plug-ins for all trucks at Rest stops
    **
    Trucking:
Some 5,000 truck stops operate in the United States, providing space for truckers to rest and refuel. The Department of Transportation mandates that truckers rest *off-duty* for a minimum of 10 hours if their workday includes 11 hours of driving.
Resting truckers often idle their engines during this time, to heat or cool their sleeper compartments or to run electrical appliances. Truck stop electrification allows truckers to plug in and turn off their engines, cut diesel costs, and reduce emissions.
Also, the trucking industry is adopting electric transport refrigeration units to cool perishable cargo.
Electrifying a single truck stop parking space can save 5,840 gallons of diesel fuel per year, and reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by the equivalent of taking 1,150 cars off the road.**
1 plug-in = 1,150 vehicles off the road in saved diesel dinosaur juice.
A black-gold mine. Is government even aware?

  16. “As the former vice-president said as he accepted his Academy Award, climate change is a moral issue, not just a political issue”
    Al’s right!
But surely poverty is a moral issue too.
Is Al prepared to place all his extensive financial assets in the service of the world’s poor? Is their plight no more important than that of the environment?
Oops, silly me, I forgot. The poor are people. So they’re part of the problem, not the solution.
The ecocultist “Final Solution” that is.

  17. Hey…I just stumbled upon the answer to Saskatchewan’s ever declining population numbers.
Some fool from the U.N. sponsored group of “scientists” was just on CBC spreading the fear about climate change. He said something to the effect that the coast lines and cities on both sides of the country would disappear because the polar ice is melting and the oceans will rise and drown them all out. SO…..why doesn’t Calvert start advertising now…”move to Saskatchewan..save yourself and your family from empending doom…You will never get drowned out in Saskatchewan unless you are a gopher” That way all the loonie lefties from each side of Canada can all stay dry together and help Saskatchewan grow! Good idea????

  18. Oh yea as it is minus 20 here in southern Alberta, I am starting to worry that they are all gonna die, my cattle that is, this is april 6. All deathe all the time that is the cbc. I’m offering 10,000 for each Maalibu beachfront property I can buy, show us your committment you hollywood morons and sell out to me if you are afraid of going under water, and you beleive your great savior algore.

  19. Al Gore and David Suzuki have competition.
Yesterday, two nice ladies, one elderly and one young, came to my door. Jehova Witnesses, they said. I usually just tell them I have a direct line and that is that.
But this time their openning line got my attention.
“Have you been watching the National all week with Peter M ?? About the horrors of GW ??” they asked.
Nope. Never ever watch TV anymore.
“well, our church, JW, believes that only our Lord can save us. Not Al Gore”
I could not believe what I was hearing. They were using the fear-mongering of the Kyoto Kult to press their case. In a ‘one-up-man’s-way.
Now ‘I’ have seen the light. On my street. In Kelowna. In Canada !!
And, by the way, after 20 mins of friendly discussion, they agreed that the whole problem with the Kyoto hype is the media. Amen.

  20. I’ve been referring to these folks at “Eco-Nazis”, but I may be wrong.
Gore and his supporters seem determined to convert us all, or kill us in the process. Sound just like militant Islamists, if you ask me.
I trust that doesn’t offend anyone. If so, I apologize.
    Mike

  21. It is a shame that Mother Theresa passed away some time ago as Al Gore is in major need of hypocrisy credits. Perhaps Kate can make a contest out of finding the least hypocritical person on earth for Al to deal with. If he finds someone like that he could be carbon neutral AND hypocrisy neutral.

  22. Moral issue my foot. It is a wallet issue, and the Goracles will see their first big defeat in Cdn fed election. What a laugh that the NDP thinks Tories “wouldn’t dare” force an election on environment, because they “don’t have credibility” – for instance we don’t want to sign on to the Kyoto UN kleptoprogram. Canadians are interested in feel good slogans about global warming, not actually making sacrifices. I think they know intuitively it is bunk and Canada, no matter what pain we endure for Gore and Suzuki, will not stop anthropogenic warming (if that is why it’s happening). Dionsky and NDP think Canadians will bite into the hook that Kyoto will be good for business. Yes, let’s transfer our wealth to the UN or third world countries, while taxing the crap of of Canadians (yes, that what happens with carbon taxes aimed at those evil capitalistic oil companies). There’s a winning, credible strategy. Let’s get off oil, fine, but not through the environmental and economic disaster that Kyoto offers to those nations stupid enough to embrace it.

  23. Due to the snow, cold and minus degree weather, I have just cancelled Easter dinner on Sunday. I am fighting a son about his wish to put up the christmas tree again. However, on Sunday we will have a pre christmas 2007 dinner.
Would love to see the gore pic, life size, outside of any place gore is speaking. Why will he not take questions. Must be because his answers are lies.

  24. Terrence Corcoran, of the Financial Post, has got it right. The whole problem with the Kyoto fiasco is the gov’t funding of the nut-cases in the environmental movement. The ‘nut-cases’. The good ones, like Patrick Moore’s greenspirit.com probably do not recieve a dime.
“But politicians and governments cannot have it both ways forever. You can’t fund the climate-science industry, a vast self-interested global community of subsidized players, and expect to be able to ignore the effects of their work. The science will bite back. This is a dangerous game being played out across the world, but especially in the industrialized West. Without the West’s billions in funding, the great UN-backed climate control industry would not exist.” Terrence Corcoran.
    //www.canada.com/nationalpost/financialpost/story.html?id=d95049d0-80b6-4823-a1ce-132bd4ebb88a
And then, from Mike De Souza, CanWest
“But future Canadian studies on adaptation to the consequences of global warming are in jeopardy because they are being starved of funding, warns the head of a major research foundation. Since 2000, the Canada Foundation for Climate and Atmospheric Sciences has relied on $110 million in federal grants to fund peer-reviewed studies at universities. But in recent years requests to the previous Liberal and current Conservative governments for more funding have fallen on deaf ears.”
One Hundred and Ten Million Friggin Dollars !!
    to-fund-peer-reviewed-studies-at-universities !!
Like,.. so, just who might the peer-reviewer be ?? Suzuki ?? Or one of his students ?? — The whole problem. The whole ball of wax.
    //www.canada.com/montrealgazette/news/story.html?id=f00f3ad6-40f1-49ab-8291-806a9ae2b6b1
And I am sure the $110M is just the tip of the berg.
Can one think of better ways to spend $$ ?? No hoaxes now, wise spending. Hospitals, health care, roads, clean air and water, … I would think the basket-weaving-wakos at the Universities should be last.

  25. ron in kelowna…Isn’t that just interesting about the jehova’s.I am in SE Manitoba, and lo and behold..the JW’s were at my gate just now!I refused to go out to talk to them…it’s friggen global warming cold!I left my 3 dogs to deal with them..they left some propoganda material in my fence..once it warms up,will trek out to get it,and see if it’s interesting enough to post about.Conspiracy theories anyone??Are the Jehova’s the new inductees in the fearmongering business???

  26. Kate ,I think the picture is most appropriate as Moses led his people to wander the desert for 40 years .
Nothing worse than a leader who refuses to ask direction.

  27. You just don’t question “god” If I see “deisel dave” soozukyoto smarmy little weird beard face one more time I am gonna go right out and start my S U V and let her run for a while, I live a loong way from the beach but it would be nice to have waterfront. what a big to-do about nothing.

  28. It’s gone from theory to “fact”.
It is now apparantly a truth, just as we have night, day, sunshine, cloudiness,
so too we have man made “global warming”. What’s frightening is the level of intellectual dishonesty involved in this transition.
The problem is it hasn’t been “proven” in any sense of the word. Forget causation, they don’t even have the correlation down yet.
And unless my high school science teacher was lying to me, even if you get to the point of a strong positive correlation (which we don’t have here), isn’t DISPROVING other theorhetical potential causes of the effect kind of important?
And that’s where the circularity and intellectual dishonesty comes in.
We aren’t supposed to look for other potential causes, like say, that giant firey ball of flames that’s hundreds of thousands of times the size of the Earth and which his the sole source of heat for the entire solar system.
To look eleswhere for causes means not just the possibility of weakening the theory, but actually disproving it.
I think they call this collection of crucial steps which are now forbidden the SCIENTIFIC METHOD.
Science has been hijacked such that the scientific method is now forbidden,
    in the name of science.

  29. Hector B: you forgot “envy and resentment”. Otherwise great comment.
Mike – as someone who has been involved in the hydroelectricity industry all around the world for 40 years, for the past 20 years, I have been using the term “ecofacist” to describe the smug, self-satisfied, sanctimonious and serenely ignorant fanatics who have been harassing hydro development around the world.
They have become much more extremely lately, so your terminology is acceptable.

  30. THE “GOREACLE” announced the Lord IPCC has spoken:
“I give thee these 15 environmental commandments”
I think I will paint my doorposts and the angel of death will PASSOVER me.
And now on the moral issue of Easter.
Gospel Reading: John 19:17-30 ( for fuller passage see: John 18:1-19:42)
“So they took Jesus, and he went out, bearing his own cross, to the place called the place of a skull, which is called in Hebrew Golgotha. There they crucified him, and with him two others, one on either side, and Jesus between them. Pilate also wrote a title and put it on the cross; it read, ‘Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews’. Many of the Jews read this title, for the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city; and it was written in Hebrew, in Latin, and in Greek. The chief priests of the Jews then said to Pilate, ‘Do not write, The King of the Jews’, but, ‘This man said, I am King of the Jews’. Pilate answered, ‘What I have written I have written’. When the soldiers had crucified Jesus they took his garments and made four parts, one for each soldier; also his tunic. But the tunic was without seam, woven from top to bottom; so they said to one another, ‘Let us not tear it, but cast lots for it to see whose it shall be’. this was to fulfill the scripture. “They parted my garments among them, and for my clothing they cast lots”. So the soldiers did this. But standing by the cross of Jesus were his mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. When Jesus saw his mother, and the disciple whom he loved standing near, he said to his mother, ‘Woman, behold, your son!’ Then he said to the disciple, ‘Behold, your mother!’ And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home. After this Jesus, knowing that all was now finished, said (to fulfil the scripture), ‘I thirst’. A bowl full of vinegar stood there; so they put a sponge full of the vinegar on hyssop and held it to his mouth. When Jesus had received the vinegar, he said, ‘It is finished’; and he bowed his head and gave up his spirit”
    Old Testament Reading: Isaiah 52:13-53:12
3 He was despised and rejected by men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief; and as one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not. 4 Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted.5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that made us whole, and with his stripes we are healed.
    Psalm 31:2,6,12-17,24
2 Incline thy ear to me, rescue me speedily! Be thou a rock of refuge for me, a strong fortress to save me!
6 Thou hatest those who pay regard to vain idols; but I trust in the LORD.
12 I have passed out of mind like one who is dead; I have become like a broken vessel.
13 Yea, I hear the whispering of many — terror on every side! — as they scheme together against me, as they plot to take my life.
14 But I trust in thee, O LORD, I say, “Thou art my God.”
15 My times are in thy hand; deliver me from the hand of my enemies and persecutors!
16 Let thy face shine on thy servant; save me in thy steadfast love!
17 Let me not be put to shame, O LORD, for I call on thee; let the wicked be put to shame, let them go dumbfounded to Sheol.
24 Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the LORD!
Happy Passover and Easter to all us ‘Small Dead Animals’.

  31. Sammy,
In 1997 I was cornered by friends who had just turned Jehovas. They even brought the grand poohba of their church to convert me. Their claim was that humans are scum which was going to prompt God to end the world in the year 2000. I bet them that when the year 2000 rolled around that nothing would happen and that they would claim they made a mistake and the dealine would be thrown another 10-20 years into the future. Guess who won the bet?
Now they are rolling the global warming hype into their fear mongering because it fits their pattern of an apocolyptic end perfectly.
The only thing I don’t get is which 100,000 Jehovas are going to be saved when the world comes to an end and why? By that time Isn’t it going o be too hot to live here on earth and isn’t hell supposed to be the hot place?

  32. Does anyone remember this news item on CBC?
“Inuit seek answers to Arctic sun quirks”
Excerpt: “For the past several years, residents in the High Arctic have observed that the winter dark season is ending earlier than usual, with the sun coming up at a different place than what people are used to seeing.
“The people [are] talking about earlier sunrise, more light in the dark season, instead of being more total darkness than before,” Grise Fiord resident Larry Audlaluk said Thursday, adding that he has heard similar observations from people in other Far North communities.”
    ——————-
Wouldn’t someone think that earlier daylight would have an affect on temperatures in the arctic? Why doesn’t the MSM pick up on this?

  34. What do these scientists and the people at Jonestown have in common?
They are all completely without insight into the psychological forces that condition behavior, thinking, and feeling.
Whether we are thinking in terms of a Freudian Id and Superconsciousness, or a Jungian Shadow, there is a whole dimension of being that cannot be studied by relentless attention to the objective world.
As a consequence, no matter how advanced technologically we become, we are often still primitives psychologically.
Science, including psychology, was subjugated to the will of the state in the old Soviet Union.
In the West where scientists are essentially free, we did not expect to see them mimic the kind of groupthink that asserts personal agenda over fact. And yet we are faced with it in the pseudo-science of climate change.
One of the early profilers of serial killers was on the boob tube a while back, and he said he really kind of avoided people now that he is retired, because everyone has a power drive to be the one who is “right”, the one whose opinion is dominant, and he has become uncomfortably sensitive to this after so many years of study.
So my point is that the levels of deceit, lies, deception, prevarication, that we see coming from this psuedo-scientific community really demonstrates that despite degrees and pretigious universtities these scientists are still in the grip of primitive, atavistic forces in the psyche that a lot of mature truck drivers integrated and resolved long ago.
Unless humans find a way to come to grips with the psychological dimension (and no one is more aware of the flaws of the discipline of psychology more than I am), human progress will always be feigned. And we will always be forced to look forward to the psychological dimension being the Achilles Heel of mankind.

  35. Love the picture.
The fight back against this looming wallet raid by all levels of our moralistic governments will lead to a lot more Underground Economy.
Draconian measures to have us pay carbon penances will lead to diminishing returns.
This whole era will be looked back at as very dark time in Western history and I ain’t talkin’ cloudy weather.

  36. Back from my polar expedition to the gate..retrieved the latest Watchtower/Awake..after a quick study I find in the Watching the World section, interesting article on farming..it is proof, that farmers are indeed quite sane!
Farms Healthy for the Mentally Ill
Over 100 experts from 14 countries recently met in Stavanger Norway,to learn about Green Care,a concept that combines farming, teaching, and healthcare. According to the broadcasting company NRK,some who have mentally ill for years no longer need to be institutionalized when they start doing farm work.It is ‘healthy for mind and body.’More than 600 traditional farms in Norway cooperate with Green Care for which they receive extra income.
Sounds like a sensible approach to me..anyone that loves the land knows how soothing the soil, the fresh air can be,and hard work is always good for the soul. Can you imagine the houls of outrage tho, from the dippers over loss of good jobs, due to de-institutionalized care? The frowns of horror from McGuinty,Holland etc.,over “forcing” these poor people into programs they didn’t create, and making them realize some self-esteem,? Sounds pretty progressive to me..and having spent many yrs.in the field of care-giving profession..having witnessed the demoralizing of kids, and adults in some of these warehouses..it just makes sense, that life down on the farm WOULD be so much better.
As for end of world date, will continue the bathroom reading of my new watchtower/awake,and get back to you,so you can all start your prep!

  37. Fabulous as always Kate.
I received my copy of “The Chilling Stars” a couple of days ago.
    (Henrik Svensmark and Nigel Calder)
46 pages in and I’m quite enjoying it. I highly recommend it.

  38. From Nat.Newswatch:Dion calls for urgent action on climate change…Greenpeace says’no longer political issue..it’s a moral issue.

  39. IM FIXEN TO DIE GREEN
BY kyoto joe McGoracle and the sheep
Well, come on all of you, big strong men,
Uncle AlGore needs your help again.
Yeah, he’s got himself in a terrible jam
    Way down yonder in saskatchawan
So shut down your farm and pick up a mule,
Dr Suzuki says you farm like fools.
    And it’s one, two, three,
What are we fighting for ?
    Don’t ask me, I don’t give a hoot,
    Next stop is kyoto;
    And it’s five, six, seven,
Open up the carb credits ,
Well there ain’t no time to wonder why,
    Whoopee! we’re all gonna die

  40. Ever since they had been claiming it was a ‘moral’ issue, something didn’t sit right with it. And you’ve nailed it perfectly! ‘That side’ opposes the application of traditional morality in every issue – pornography, prostitution, drug use, extramarital affairs, cheating, lying, thievery, all the typical Liberal family values.
But NOW they want us all to behave ‘morally’? Truly outrageous. Well done, Kate, great ammo for the cause.

  41. A Moses aside.
I note that the networks for Easter weekend have given us a steady diet of
Violence- lots of Clint Eastwood and Mad Max
    Supernatural- Blair Witch, Constantine
and two count ’em two. Easterish Movies.
The main stay ” The Ten Commandments”- passover
and “Barabbas”- actually a new testament Christian movie.

  42. I was just wondering if anyone knows whether Suzuki has his ocean front property on the real estate market? He better hurry and do it soon as we have just 10 years til the waters start to drown all the wet coasters.Would think he would be buying up the mountain.
