Pfft … doesn’t matter. The press will continue their debate over what was “marked classified” as opposed to what wasn’t and what was “semi-classified” and that Bill Clinton never used email, and Condoleezza Rice did, and Colin Powell did, and that everyone sends pre-classified emails. Everybody does it ! That Hillary did nothing that hasn’t already been done … and look at the Wookie over there ! Having a Wookie send emails DOES. NOT. MAKE. SENSTH. A Wookies fingers are too furry to type. Now if Hillary had a Wookie in her office, then Guccifer could not have ever hacked into anything other than Hillary’s wedding plans and recipes for guacamole with hot sauce.
I get a kick out of “marked classified” ruse. So something that isn’t marked “classified” and gets widely distributed suddenly becomes “classified” and somehow evaporates everywhere it had been distributed? Who the hell do those morons think they are fooling? Oh, right….they are Democrats.
Can you imagine if the D-Day plans had gotten out prior to them marked “Secret”?
If I had done half of what Hillary Clinton has done while I was wearing a uniform, I would have got 20 years of free room and board as well as government provided clothing. Oh, look, Mike Duffy!…
It’s hard to argue you didn’t know an email was not “marked classified,” especially if you were the one who instructed those markings be removed, as is rumoured with Pagliano’s turning state’s evidence.
If this Gucifer hack is true and demonstrable, how can Hillary argue her actions didn’t lead to this and other breaches and thus criminal culpability. Might she be, as lawyer types might argue, “estopped” from claiming breaking protocol/failing to safeguarding classified material from a probable and reasonable risk of breach is not negligence, when one considers see allowed most sensitive material to be violated?
Anyway, she can explain all that when she is interviewed under oath by a judge in a civil case regarding her email breaches.
It’s all falling into place; Hillary pretending no news is good news won’t last much longer.
