    1. We’ll see what happens on Jan 5th, when the actual electoral vote tally takes place with at least 2 more weeks to compile more Election fraud evidence. Then its up to VP Pence, to certify or not, as president of the Senate , If he feels there’s enough evidence of widespread fraud or machine rigged vote theft he won’t certify and then the state congressional delegations get to decide the election. Pre-election the Republicans controlled 26 states, post-election they control 30 state delegations, where each state gets one vote. Then we’ll see who wins!

      1. Incorrect on many levels, the most basic being that the Vice President does not have the power to influence the electoral vote count that you think he does.

At this point, Biden is effectively guaranteed the presidency. We might have better odds praying for an asteroid to hit Washington.

        1. Trump will retain the Presidency.
He has a duty to remove the fraud and those who did it. As he has stated several times, they have everything. They witnessed the cheating in 2018, wrote up the EO and that will be executed. They are in the process of exposing the fraud to the American people and letting the traitors hang themselves. Then the hammer will drop.
The military’s mission is not only to defend the country, but primarily to defend the Constitution. A lot of people are going down.
They didn’t expand Gitmo for nothing.
If Biden fascists do pull it off, and win the Senate the US is done.

  1. The loyalty of free men is reserved for a government of equals, not an aristocracy of reptiles. The latter is what we suffer now. The former we once possessed, but it lies now in the dust of history. The outward form and function remain, but the spirit of liberty, which animated it, has gone. The ties by which free men bind themselves voluntarily to any form of government have long since been sundered by the actions of those who have chosen to rule rather than govern. I will not suffer those ties to become shackles.

    1. Nicely stated Watcher! Excuse my ignorance but is this authored by you or another? I seem to recollect reading this somewhere else as well. Either way, thank you for posting it.

  2. We’ll see soon enough if the other side of the aisle is willing to give up their guns, stop “clinging to their Bibles” watch in silence as illegals flood the borders, and accept the slow takeover of their nation by the ChiComs.

The riots referred to at the above link, will pale in comparison if the other side starts to riot.

And it was Kennedy, of all the people to cite in this regard who said, “those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable”

    1. When the dust settles:

100,000 globalists and their chief bootlickers will be dead, along with their harlots and bastards.

A million more will be hauled off to prison to end their days in the slavery they had in store for the rest of America—a bondage that will make the peculiar institution look like paradise. (They’ll get to learn the hard way why white people refused to do farm work for free.)

Ten million more parasites will flee the United States with nothing more than what they can carry, having gotten the message loud and clear to go suck the blood of someone else. (Ten million alleged US citizens, that is—not even counting illegal immigrants.)

Nothing of value to any decent person will be lost.

    1. I think that is the Texas Legislature. and he is an elector for CD34. This is the official meeting to vote for Trump in the Texas Portion of the Electoral College. Mr. Matt Patrick is speaking and he was one of the Electors.

The story really does seem like a fabrication. In its easy falsifiability, it reminds me of the 2004 fake memos purportedly debunking George W. Bush’s record of service in the Texas Air National Guard (allegedly typed in 1973, but manifestly made on a PC with MS Word). They may have been created precisely to discredit Bush-hating journalists, who gleefully took the bait, happy to ignore the obvious forgery (compare the recent “Caliphate” podcast), and were subsequently disgraced. (CBS showed Dan Rather the door as quickly as possible.) Now a Democrat seems to have returned the favour.

  3. Scott Adams speculated this outcome for this reason several weeks ago.
    The left wing mob won.

    1. The mob???? Several hundred György Schwartz funded pierced pimple faced anarchist and BLM Marxist SJWs??? They didn’t win nuffin. They were created to serve as a pretext for Schwartz & Schwab’s “Great Utopian Reset”.

      1. Exactly. In reality, there’s probably about 3,000 hard core Antifa types in the entire country. And yet they managed to intimidate these gutless coward Republican state legislators and the squishes on the Supreme Court to not reverse a clearly stolen election. The country is frankly over if one side thinks their vote from now on can so easily be canceled out by obvious fraud and no one does anything about it.

        1. I think the mobs are just an excuse. The military could easily handle them. Roberts is compromised. I think he us protecting his own was. The riot organizers are paid. The mindless thugs who follow along would quickly disappear with the least bit of push back. What kind of justices used the threat if violence as the basis for a decision in a democratic country? Pathetic.

          1. Since Justice Roberts wrote both sides of the Obamacare decision, people have said he’s compromised.

Perhaps he’s received another phone call regarding those blonde haired blue eyed kids he and his wife adopted from Brazil/Ireland

  4. C’mon! Why do you think they did double jeopardy on Stacey Koon and company and got a conviction on the 2nd trial? The N***ers rioted, that’s why.

I’ve been saying all along that the rioters deserve nothing but a whiff of the grape. Not doing that at the outset only emboldens them, and it will have far reaching consequences as we are now seeing.

  5. Just in case you’ve not seen it, Sydney Powell was just informed the state of Michigan and Georgia don’t have to respond until January 14. They rejected Arizona and Wisconsin. The Republic is dead.

  6. Why don’t the 25 plus states that voted for Trump say the Union is in abeyance if Biden becomes president? How can the most developed country in the world tolerate a coup d’etat and how can Biden endorse it. Shameful.

    1. Scar, I agree. I’ve always tried to look as objectively as possible at the Civil War, and thought that the Confederate States should have been allowed to withdraw from the Union if they wanted to. If you don’t want to be in the contract any more, you should be able to withdraw from the Union. If the Southern hot heads had not fired on Fort Sumter, Lincoln would have had no excuse to invade Virginia. And economic pressures would have ended slavery without all the bloodshed. All England and the Union had to do was put pressure on the cotton markets. A much more peaceful and far better solution than 500 000 dead men.

Well, looking at this current situation as objectively as possible, the States that want to follow the Constitution should be allowed to withdraw from the Union of the States of America that has Biden as President. Because the States that agree to have Biden as their President are no longer followers of the Constitution. Clearly. Thus the contract has been broken. Texas and the other like-minded States should be allowed to withdraw from the contract and form a new union of states of their own.

      1. Slavery would likely have died out on its own in another generation or two. The main role of slaves was cheap labour on the farms, but technological change, in the form of mechanized farm equipment, would have proven cheaper, and less demanding, than owning a bunch of slaves.

        1. Rmgk, Really? That technological changes and advancements made slave labour a mute point. It’s the foucking money, always the foucking money. It’s happening right now again. Main street and blue collar is be being replaced by CCP street. Sad state of affairs. Stolen US election and a Turd, here, that welcomes Chicoms onto our military bases.

      2. Ann, Alberta and Saskatchewan should join that alignment of Constitutional States.
        Why not?
We’d love to leave, they might even want to have us.
Any shape that might take, has to better than the permanent pillory role that we have to endure in our current federal bondage.

        1. Ab + Sk are compromised by Millenials who are low IQ & love free stuff AND diversity/immigrants who are low IQ & love PM Blackie.

          Move to Viking

  7. SCOTUS said that states cannot object or challenge other states for the way they run their elections. Therefore, I suggest Texas and other ‘red’ states set a rule that of you immigrate to Texas from, say, California, you aren’t allowed to vote for 20 years. In other words, until you’ve accepted / grown into Texas culture.

    1. Rmgk I totally agree with your comments here. Thanks. BTW I would say 50 years. Too many lefties flee to red areas and in turn those areas they go to into blue areas. Can’t fix stupid.

      bverwey

  8. Roberts and the other Liberal SC Justices have rewarded the rioters.
They will look back fondly on the rioting when the civil war that they have triggered heats up.
Millions of Americans know that the 2020 election was stolen.

    1. Roberts and the others have fully negotiated their stand down because of the threat of riots.

Never, negotiate with “terrorists”. America doesn’t negotiate with terrorists.

      Foreign or domestic.

      1. Spare us.

America never negotiates with anyone BUT terrorists.

Consider that the Jewish people had to credibly threaten to send a Soviet hydrogen bomb flying straight toward New York City for the bastards to recognize the right of the Jewish people to exist at all.

The only thing that gets through to our masters is a reminder that they, too, can die violent deaths.

  9. Well Roberts couldn’t very well shout “I’m a communist who hates Trump”, could he?

I think this is nothing more than theater to provide an excuse for the courts innaction

    Just a bit too obvious.

  10. Personally, I think it’s abhorrent that Democrats in the states and the commie parties in Canada are openly encouraging conservatives who value peace and freedom to riot and use violence to secure liberty and democratic values.

  11. ” … at that time we didn’t have RIOTS!”

    Yup.

What this staffer is actually saying is that (a) the riots from The Left might stop, and (b) there will be no riots from The Right if the SC helps proclaim Biden.

In other words, despite the hype, the Right in the USA is mostly bark and little bite. Just like Canada.

  12. Roberts is thoroughly corrupt. A depraved man who is being blackmailed by the globalists. He deserves nothing less than the noose for betraying the republic so he can keep his depravity covered up.

      1. yeah not sure were that idea comes from. Their official website only mentions suspension of oral argument sessions. It also mentions conferences to be held where ”
[s]ome Justices may participate remotely by telephone”… not quite the same thing as “no meeting in person.”

  13. So the great pillar of American Justice has been reduced to rubbish by the mob. If Justice Roberts thinks that the 74 million Americans that voted for Trump are going to go quietly into the darkness of oblivion that is appearing on the horizon then he is, in anyone’s opinion the least qualified to hold a seat on the Supreme Court. The Texas decision was an abomination of justice. The Constitution is a contract between self governing states and the Supreme Court is the arbiter of that contract. If the actions of one state hinders and damages another state the Supreme Court must act, otherwise the contract is null and void and the Republic is nothing more than a sham. In the last five years we have seen the death throes of the finest vision that could ever be attained by men. The Supreme Court under Justice Roberts just applied the coup de grace, all in the name of preventing a riot!!!!! As a certain Mr. Jolson said almost a hundred years ago, “You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet!”

    1. 80 million plus
Bribehim numbers were inflated by 6 to 12 million stolen Trump votes
Trump was well over 80 million

  14. Now we know why Lin Woods ask, rhetorically, if the owner of the name John Roberts, that appears on Epstain’s flight log has been identified?

And lance, tell us again about Trump’s thin skin, or can you now see what Trump is up against, stupid , corrupt assholes. And don’t stand in front of your mirror when reading this, as it may blow back on you!

    1. NME666

And lance, tell us again about Trump’s thin skin
      ***********************
Can you think of any other Prez who could have put up with 4 years of being lied about and called every name in the book.
Prez trump is not thin skin. That’s for sure, but he knows how to take a punch and give a harder one back!

  15. Give me a break.

“Arizona GOP asks followers if they’re willing to die in effort to overturn election results”
    https://www.azcentral.com/story/news/politics/elections/2020/12/08/arizona-republican-party-asks-if-followers-die-election-president-donald-trump/6488952002/

If the hearsay has any merit (a big if) Justice Roberts clearly understood that giving a SCOTUS platform to the delusional Trumpistas would serve only to inflame passions on BOTH sides even if the end result was the case getting tossed out because of lack of standing (the case had no merit and there was zero chance of it winning).

Remember Alito and Thomas stated EXPLICITLY that they would not grant any relief which indicates that the concurred Roberts on the merits of the case.

    1. I disagree. Alto and Thomas eerily pointed out that they should hear the case and have not offered any judgement or relief other than hearing the arguments. They are pointing out that their understanding is that they have the responsibility to hear it, regardless of whether it has evidence or not.

    2. timmy, every american voter has/had standing, and the Texas government has the right to represent their constituents. As to Roberts, he is compromised, why do you think Lin Woods asked rhetorically, if the John Roberts on the epstain flight log had been identifies. You are one stupid partisan asshole!

  16. A riot is for prisoners, strikers or angry BLMers.
What the right will bring is a scary shitstorm of retribution.
Or maybe it could bring but prolly won’t do jack.

  17. Buddy, it will take one incident, and it will be on, and john roberts will shit himself, as he could well be a target

  18. I watched, in dull surprise, as Law Enforcement STOOD DOWN throughout our nation … and even in my little neighboring town of Walnut Creek, CA … as BLM rioters, anarchists, and common criminals vandalized and looted businesses. These mobs even vandalized Law Enforcement vehicles and Police Stations. They burned, looted and murdered Law Enforcement Equipment and Officers.

I then witnessed State Attorney Generals excuse the riots as “expressions of Free Speech by peaceful Protestors” … and therefore would not stop their activities or prosecute their behavior. So I waited for our NATIONAL Law Enforcement Entities; FBI and DOJ to step in and re-establish Constitutional Law … and Order. Crickets. Nada. Nothing.

And now I learn that our Law Enforcement entity of LAST resort … The SCOTUS … is equally cowed into cowardice by the mobs. Paralyzed by a small group of social media misfits who demand the dissolution of America. A dissolution of American capitalism and the Constitution. Our PRIMARY defenders of the Constitution … defenders of our DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC refuse to defend it … because some maggots were allowed to run wild !? WTF!?

America is now officially El Salvador Norte’ … a Banana Republic where Law and Order is in your own hands, and you best have automatic weapons equal to the kidnappers and murderers.

Victor Davis Hansen appeared on Tucker Carlson tonight … and appeared profoundly shaken by the steep descent into Lawlessness America is plunging. I agree with him. Nobody in Law Enforcement is doing their job … and they’re not even embarrassed by their breach of oath.

    1. Kenji, I too, watched Tucker last night, and I noted his dismay. This is all like a slow motion tornado! I sincerely hope you followed through on your stated attempt to purchase “protection tools”. You might want both long and short ones, plus a decent supply expendables and attachments, as the near future is looking exceedingly grim!

  19. If four justices would have agreed to accept the case, it would have been accepted. So it was not just Roberts and the liberals (but I repeat myself). That still leaves 5 justices, most of whom are classified as “conservative” (if that has any meaning anymore). Apparently only 3 or less justices wanted to hear the case.

    FYI

  20. In my opinion If you want to have a country, you have to have uniform rules of voting agreed on by all.
When you have states making up their own rules, to the detriment of the rest, this can’t be allowed to stand.

If the Supreme Court won’t hear this case and rule on it, what a sad day for democracy.
Might as well disband this bunch of losers and start over.

At least Get rid of Robert’s

Anyone who says there is no evidence of voter fraud is blind as a bat.
Freedom isn’t free- you have to fight for it or your going to lose it.
And this election was a shame – if it is allowed to stand, their will be no sense voting ever again.

  21. As for threats, remember that some months back it was Senator Chuck Schumer who was threatening Supreme Court Justices, calling them out by name.

  22. The “healing continues” link took me to a Twitter thread with both Kevin Sorbo and Newt Gingrich. Gotta love seeing Herc and Newt on the same thread ;o)

  23. If you don’t have the rule of law, you have the law of the jungle and it looks like Roberts et al caved to the latter.
