I like most of the folks you’ve mentioned in your post Capt., although sometimes it seems a bit of an echo chamber within the right’s radio or blogsphere, almost too much talent sometimes. I’ve recommended your opinions on university to many university aged kids I know, especially my “kids’.

Lets face it. No mater what we think or do. Where still tribal in our way of doing things.
Its human nature. Unfortunately the young have always had to struggle against a conglomerate, club or group who hold all the strings. It starts in high School.
Thankfully there are enough people who rise above the level of protecting their group.

The Captain finds out MSM conservative media has a “narrative” as well, which you cannot step outside of. Best bet is to hit the libertarian sites/radio – better balance – did you try Prager?

I’m sorry every one but Michael Savage is way WAY more acute and sharp than the others …and yes he has been shunned …and now he is rising to the top he has taken over Hannity on the drive home and is the most streamed radio show in the U.S.A. ..he is 3rd over all ..but non not one person will have him on there show as a guest.
Hannity on beck, sure, beck on Hannity, sure ,rush on Hannity, sure beck rush Hannity malkin together sure . no savage though.
savage is probably one of the most intelligent historically speaking of the three with the exception of Prager who is amazing historically. but savage is no lightweight.
I like savage above all because he is interesting, one minute he verbally castrates a lying red diaper doper baby teacher talking crap on his show …the next he will tell you about his favorite meatballs and how to make them .
And yes I do like that. I identify with it.
religiously he is out there when it comes to Christianity , his “wagon wheel” theory is obscured to put it nicely. but outside of that he called Barak before Barak was. he pointed out the amnesty thing back in 08 , he knew socialized medicine was going to come in. He is intuitive and instinctive. I does not let anyone off the hook and perhaps that’s why he is shunned by his own.
