If there were more people like that home owner, there would be less people like that perp and NO need for our parasitical judiciary.

Yeah well….Willie is a large fella and the perp is a skinny fella….the doctrine of excessive/necessary force doesn’t apply….now if the burgler had a knife or a screwdriver….shooting would be reasonable.
BTW I don’t consider Willie a hero…I don’t hand out medals/awards for doing what is expected of you.
Now that don’t mean I wouldn’t buy him a beer.
In Canada, Willie would be facing charges of unlawful confinement and leaving the scene – and therefore be a fugitive.

‘Hog tied’ has a symbolic ring to it! He felt the thief of such little importance that he left him on the front lawn and went to work; leaving the police alone to pick up ‘their’ trash.

Thankfully we are getting allot of Chinese and other Asian victims in Canada lately and laws are starting to go a little in the victims favor.
The Liberal establishment is getting overwhelmed with social justice decisions with the massive non white demographic change in Canada.
