  4. So … what if I applied to broadcast “Satan is LORD!” … “NME666” … for 6-minutes at noon each Thursday? But I complied with all decibel ratings? Would I be granted a license? Why not? Denying me would be a HATE Crime … right?

    Pretty much the same thing as the Satanic Verses being broadcast in Vagina.

  5. Speaking of “where you get your Canadian news” I’d be interested to hear Kate’s take on Safe Social Media Act (Bill C-34). They seem to be very vague about how they are defining “social media service.” That usually means they don’t want you to know “what’s for dinner until they slap it on your plate.”

  7. Maybe the Riders could host a community pulled pork bunfest. I wonder if the “indigenous” residents of North Central and Regina in general are happy that their preferred status is being replaced by Moslems?

    1. By then it will be too late. The First Nations started in remote areas of B.C. claiming their territorial rights. Then they moved to government land near (actually in) the cities. By the time they claim the private land it will be too late. These things happen gradually, then suddenly.

    “perceived” – Constitutionally void for vagueness. (Like beauty is in the eye of the beholder.) Without that standard, guilt or innocence would be arbitrary, capricious and bring the administration of Justice into disrepute.

    “identifiable group” – British Common-Law and “the Rule of Law and “the Supremacy of God” of the Charter is based on the concept of individual Rights(and Responsibilities) not group rights.
