Let me guess..This is the equipment owner from Coutts testing out the repairs ,done by government certified experts,on his backhoes..Those repairs being required after the RCMP vandalized his equipment and posted themselves doing so, online.

I belive the current RCMP contract runs until 2032(?) and the Alberta Sheriff Service is expanding and replacing RCMP manpower shortages. Building a solid base is a responsible course of action.
Darn it, there needs to be a better tag for cbc links, I suspect this and the other incident mentioned are the pointy tip of the underlying dislike and distrust of the police arm of the federal government.

if it sounds like l have a vendetta against cops its because when l tried to get very unwelcome ‘guests’ of tenants out of my home the locals constabulary tells me they are (quote) “entitled” to be in my home stealing, doing and selling drugs.
so l ask ‘what if my doggie bites one of them?’ comes the response (exact quote) “then we will seize the animal and put it down for being aggressive” iow they dont give a rats arse, and in fact, WANT a quasi-homeless person bitten so they can kill my beloved and protective pet.
meanwhile 100s of YT vids showing the guns and badges gang pounding the daylites out of veterans, elderly, disabled, wrong suspect, etc
