  4. So then … wouldn’t it be FELONY Obstruction of Justice … committed by the person responsible for saying the texts were missing in the first place? Or is there a charge called “Attempted Obstruction of Justice” … like “Attempted Murder”

  6. I think Kate means by the OIG having the missing texts all along, is that the FBI was baited: texts were requested, some were withheld and oh don’t worry now the OIG found them. Getting another rat out of its hole.

  12. These are difficult times for high ranking civil servants in the U.S., with so many “secrets” coming out daily,it’s hard for them to figure out which side to be seen to be on.
    Most are probably still in ,”Obama and Hillary will protect me” mode,but with each revelation it becomes more dangerous for them to speak out,lest their statements today incriminate them later.
    Let’s face it, for eight years the USA was in the grip of a group of globalists determined to take that Nation down. Once America was in their grip,the rest of the developed world would follow,and the cabal had dreams, big dreams.
    Trump was the biggest “fly in the ointment” in history.

  17. And of course, having discovered that these texts had gone missing, the FBI with all its resources had absolutely no way of recovering them with outside prompting and assistance.

  21. So, the missing emails turn up after the FBI told Congress that they couldn’t be found.
    It would be fascinating to learn how that ‘miracle’ happened after the world’s finest law enforcement agency doing their darndest had failed.
    My guess is that they turned it over to some teenage hacker working from his mother’s basement – et Voila!

Trump has said before that as a New York real estate developer he had to “donate” to politicians of both parties at all levels as a cost of doing business, they are all corrupt and he neither respects or trusts anyone in government until they prove themselves. I think he went in assuming everything and anything might be done by those who want to thwart him before and after he won and he has been letting no end of rope be paid out to let them hang themselves.

The Inspector General’s office handles that function and it was the IG who said he had them all in August, and then abruptly announced that his copies didn’t include five months worth… and then miraculously ‘found’ the missing five months within forty-eight hours of delivering the bad news, and found them after applying ‘forensic technology’… which usually means someone erased his copies… forcing the IG to go back and either get them off of his server backups, the FBI’s servers or their backups, or to request help from the NSA in resurrecting the texts.
    What this does is give the appearance that ALL TEXTS HAVE BEEN RECOVERED… but we have to take the IG’s word for that and since nobody can trust a Fed anymore, his word is worthless. Dollars to donuts the worst of it got burned and the IG is using their ‘miraculous recovery’ to cover a person or person’s backside; hoping that nobody will request independent access to the FBI or Justice computers. My guess is that somewhere in that tangled web of lies are mentions of off site meetings attended by Obama or Valerie Jarrett and the IG needed three days to scrub them.

    Then again the Dems are preparing to use their I see nothing CNN (not Hillary anymore) get out of jail free card which like Hillary’s, are now worthless as the true sedition of the deep statists is inevitably revealed, whose many members will be far more preoccupied with rationalizing their disgusting conduct and/or staying out of jail than winning elections over the next few months.

  28. The simple fact that Trump is not a piss-ant, no cheap shots like what Happened to Flynn will be attempted by the Mueller crew… Billionaires will/can use the Civil Courts to punish a-holes and only 51% (more likely or not) will

    BTW, Trump is so stupid he’s actually gung-ho for a one-on-one with Mueller. He will perjure himself to the moon. His lawyers might just commit seppuku.

But those who only watch Fox maybe don’t even realize the extent of the sham – unmasking, Uranium One, FBI/CIA conspiracies/ bogus memos. It goes on and on. Tucker talks non stop about one for three weeks and when that blows up, he just moves on the the next. Fox used to be very credible. It’s sad to see. Yes, CNN is biased and that is a problem. But they don’t twist the truth like Fox and when they make a mistake, they admit it. Not Fox! I watch PBS for the truth.
