  1. This is the fake plandemic all over again. Canadians bowed to their betters under COVID and now the imbeciles misruling over NS are trying it with the interdiction of the woods. Rise up, Canuckleheads. All you have to lose are your chains.

      1. In first year uni, when this was taught, some joker always brought chains to rattle at the appropriate moment…memories.

    1. EVERY single forestry bureaucrat he encountered who wrote him that ticket … make me sick to my stomach. Literally … they all need to be UNEMPLOYED!! tomorrow … and learning to code AI programs or something. They’re like the good little Germans … just following orders.

  2. Satan, just like the government never throws a chain around us, they both throw links and we assemble them. The next thing we know we are bound and have no freedom.
Learn to use the links in a slingshot to use a weapon to bury in their forehead.

    1. ah. like David?
      l fancy the way that worked out, he grabbed 3? why 3? only need 1 . . . .
because he was checking them out and used the roundest one knowing they have the least wobble. and quickly tossed the other 2.

and why run *at* goliath? because the closer he gets the wider the trajectory angle for a bullseye. anybody using projectile ordnance knows that.

that rock is still sitting on the ground where it landed after hitting the giant right square in the middle of his forehead with as much inertia as a .45 slug.

God Bless the nation of lsrael. God Bless the Jewish people.

  3. Are they going after the FN peoplekind too?
Or the recluse in a cabin?
Mushroom foragers, berry pickers, wood harvesters, arborists, lineman, farmers, dogwalkers, mountain climbers/bikers?

    1. Yes to all of the above except perhaps the FN’s, and the recluse (as long as the recluse doesn’t suddenly get lonely and invites a friend over – then they would be fined)

    2. The FNs can claim all that forest now because it no longer belongs to the white folks.

  4. It is a control move in the form of an nonsensical tax grab. It is pre-crime. The people of Nova Scotia need to send a message to their rulers that this won’t be tolerated, because the next step in the chain is vandalism.

    1. Nova Scotia is in the same boat as Ontario. Your choice in NS is this theoretically conservative dictator or one of the commies. In Ontario it’s FAT Trudeau or the red communist or the orange communist.

      1. Yep, I am done voting, I can’t vote for any of the parties anymore. I’m done with sitting meekly while they use any excuse to award themselves god like powers over the peasants.

        1. Monica and Greg, ti cant speak for NS, but here in Ontario there are alternatives.

          1. Alternatives in theory maybe but not in practice.
Again, you have trouble making this distinction.

        2. my form of protest is to spoil the ballots now.
          with scalding condemnation comments.
l do that to justify in my own mind the stinging condemnation that follows

  5. Gawd forbid the goberment provide the resources to fight pop up fires, it’s so much easier to abuse the people and force them to comply. What really irks my goat is the fact that government camp grounds can stay open but allegedly private ones must close? It’s covid all over again, I will not comply, I let the con’s plant signs during the last election the next election I won’t allow them near my property. What really makes me sick is the public is eating up the tyranny, one poor fella was walking his wee dog and he got verbally abused for being near the “Forest”, the covid fanatics are going to enjoy their new and approved tyrant like powers. We can’t even pick wild berries, seriously WTF, picking black berries is a fire threat.

  6. “Join the 1st Annual Hike for Palestine on August 9, 2025, across Nova Scotia! Support the cause on trails and paths. Parks are closed, but hiking for Palestine has no consequences. Use the Canada Strong Pass for free access to Parks Canada sites until September 2, 2025. Step out and make a difference!
    Elbows Up! & Allahu Akbar!”

Jeff’s X/Twitter has other related posts, worth seeing as well.
He was VERY polite to those police or park officers, I get it, they’re simply “doing what they’re told”
Love the victim’s surcharge and the tax on a tax.. the scamdemic certainly was effective for the canadians

Is the American tariff/trade contingent watching? Probs just one of any 20 items on the list of freedoms you’d think they’d like to make note of during negotiations. That is, if anyone in Washington picks up when Marx Carnage calls to arrange a meeting.

  7. The state understands/cares about three things – power, money and force.
You don’t prove anything by making It use Its power to take your money.
Or by making It use Its power to take your money by force.
    Pointless IMO.

  8. American here:
OK sorry, why are the woods closed? Help me out.

What if this were Mohammed Abdul Mohammed doing this for The Palestinians? Would he get a fine then?

  9. lm fed up with this.
    the abuse by officialdom?
no, the fact NS *VOTED FOR THIS* is apparently conveniently overlooked replaced by all the whining whining whining. sooooooo for the 578th time . . . . .
    ………………………………….THEY……..VOTED……….FOR……….IT

    1. No they didn’t. In making this ridiculous claim you are arguing that the gubmint does what the voters WANT.

  10. Jeff can be seen on the Political Orphans You Tube channel every Wednesday. Can’t wait to hear from him … someone had to take the ticket in order to fight it so I applaud his tenacity.

    1. With all due respect, until I see it accomplish something, I’ll reserve applause.
As we all well know, the judiciary in Canada has a primary goal of protecting the State.
      (Scroll down for LosDeplorables.)
And many many millions of Canadians want it that way. I’m sure many feel he should be jailed as well.
I don’t know, but Jeff might be in a small minority.
As we saw during the Plandemic, neighbors can’t wait to turn in their neighbors.

  11. Someone tell Houston the age old question of “If a tree falls in the forest,…” is entirely philosophical.

Welp, like I’ve always said: Canadians make the best sheep.
Good on you Mr.Evely! I salute you.

  12. Could only listen to the stupidity for so long. What the problem is , is that there is about 20 times as much government in Canada as is necessary.

  13. I have been posting this for years …..
    Catching Wild Pigs
WELL, AND TRULY SAID…THEY KEEP NIBBLING AWAY UNTIL THEY
    HAVE EATEN THE WHOLE COUNTRY…
Catching Wild Pigs Karl Marx once said, “Remove one freedom per
generation, and soon you will have no freedoms and no one will have
noticed.” There was a chemistry professor in a large college that had
some exchange students in the class. One day while the class was in the
lab, the professor noticed one young man, an exchange student, who kept
rubbing his back and stretching as if his back hurt. The professor
asked the young man what was the matter. The student told him he had a
bullet lodged in his back. He had been shot while fighting communists in
his native country who were trying to overthrow his country’s government
and install a new communist regime.
Then, the student looked at the professor and asked a strange question,
“Do you know how to catch wild pigs?”
The professor thought it was a joke and asked for the punch
line. The young man said that it was no joke. “You catch wild pigs by
finding a suitable place in the woods and putting corn on the ground. The
pigs find it and begin to come every day to eat the free food. When they
are used to coming every day, you put a fence down one side of the place
where they are used to coming. At first they are scared, but when they get
used to the fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another
side of the fence. They get used to that and start to eat again.
You continue until you have all four sides of the fence up with a gate in the
last side. The pigs, which are used to the free corn, start to come through the gate to eat that free corn again. You then slam the gate on them and catch the whole herd. Suddenly the wild pigs have lost their freedom.
They run around and around inside the fence, but they are caught.
Soon they go back to eating the free corn. They are so used to it that
they have forgotten how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they
accept their captivity.” The young man then told the professor that is
exactly what he sees happening in America & Canada. The government keeps
pushing us toward Communism/Socialism and keeps spreading the free corn
out in the form of programs such as supplemental income, tax credit for
unearned income, tax exemptions, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies,
payments not to plant crops (CRP), welfare entitlements, medicine, drugs,
etc., while we continually lose our freedoms, just a little at a
time. One should always remember two truths: 1 There is no such thing as
a free lunch, and 2 You can never hire someone to provide a service for
you cheaper than you can do it yourself. If you see that all of this
wonderful government “help” is a problem confronting the future of
democracy in America & Canada, you might want to share this with your
friends. If you think the free ride is essential to your way of life,
then you will probably not share this. BUT, God help us all when the gate
    slams shut. Think about this:
“Most of the problems we face as a country today are there because the people who work for a living are now outnumbered by those who vote for a living.”
Why can’t Seattle or any other city control the rioters and looters? https://www.onepoliticalplaza.com/t-186432-1.html

    1. Doesn’t work if the pigs are strapped up and willing to shoot whomever is guarding the gate.

  14. The King’s government is absolutely correct and on firm legal ground here. All land in Canada, every square inch, whether you occupy that land or not is the private property and personal possession the congenitally retarded King Charles. Brush up on your Canadian civics. You live in a Monarchy. You are a Subject and not a citizen. If you don’t like it then claim sovereignty and defend it with your life if needed. If you need some help in this regard, America will fight alongside you. Good luck, that is all and carry on.

    1. The security aspect of fee simple property “ownership” in the US is no different than here. Property confiscations by “We the People” happen all the time.

  15. Another excellent SAFETY initiative would be a reduction of the highway speed limit to, say, 25 km/hr with of course a heavy fine and perhaps a vehicle confiscation cherry on top. Think of the lives saved.

    1. Somebody tell that to Fatass Ford who uttered the words, “If it saves one life” during the Wuhan Lockdowns.

      1. Got that right, Buddy.
Odour of Canada. Reading the list of recipients can induce a gag reflex.
Rather, give him that freedom medal that Tamara got. The George Jonas award.

  16. Here is a little conundrum that occurred this morning on CBC Vancouver in an interview that advocated for “Forest Bathing”. Forest Bathing is the theraputic practice of walking in the forest to restore your ties with nature. So how do we square that circle, what is good on one coast is detrimental on the other?
I’ve mentioned it here before, this is the Goebbels/Milgram/Grandin theory at its finest. The Goebbels media spread the government lie, the government Milgram experts exemplify the lie, and the Grandin government employees enforce the lie as they ‘herd’ us all towards the cliff. Like sheep most Canadians unknowingly comply and in their complicity they condemn those of us who are still able to think critically.

    1. Look no further than the east coast being able to import oil from Saudi up the Saint Lawrence, but no tankers on the west coast, or a national pipeline. Canada, old Cree word for “moving forwards, in reverse”!

  17. There was a small pop up fire in BC the other day, near Peachland, a truck pulling a bobcat on a flat deck caught on fire and started the hillside ablaze, there were bird dog and aerial tanker aircraft dropping loads within the hour, luckily the fire didn’t spread very far/fast, before they got it out. There were a bunch of residences on the other side of the hill from the fire, they were evacuated in time, thankfully no injuries or damage.

The technology exists to monitor and abate forest fires, just need the funding to do so, that seems like a better way to spend money than giving people huge fines just for going into the woods.

Of course, education is key.. the kind of things that USED to be taught, not how to put a condom on a cucumber, or why little billy has two dads and why he wears a dress..

    1. Zon,
I live in Kelowna and followed that excellent Peachland knock down.
Previous to that Peachland “pop up” as you call it, we had 3 small pop ups in my county by the Kelowna airport, one of which was mere feet from my house.
In all 3 cases, the fire people did amazing work and I am beyond grateful.
True heroes, and many are volunteers.

  18. If I remember correctly there were some instances of arsonists charged a few years ago in America for torching areas of Washington, Oregon, and Northern California. The media didn’t spend much ink on this since the arsonists were of the newly landed ‘colonists’ that we were told we had to be more tolerant and understanding of since the newcomers were not accustom to our values and customs, but given time they’d fit right in. Now we are changing another one of our customs, so what is next on the choping block?

  19. “I tried to tell Nova Scotia, the last time they went full commie, with the 2023 “Woods Ban.”
I filed an application for Judicial Review, citing my Constitutional Rights.
The crown argued that my case was moot, because the ban had been lifted by the time my case made it 5o court.
The court ruled that I did not have standing on my rights alone – there had to be money involved, like a fine.”

    1. Tom Quiggin…

“Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston’s name surfaced in the 2017 Paradise Papers leak. According to reports from multiple Canadian outlets, Houston served as director and vice-president of several Inter-Ocean companies between 2006 and 2007 during his 12-year career as a chartered accountant in Bermuda’s international reinsurance market.”

  20. Nothing a little Weather Modification in the form of rain, wouldn’t cure.
To bad, Weather Mod. to put out fires, is akin to Ivermectin, curing Covid.

“Alternatives in theory maybe but not in practice. Again, you have trouble making this distinction.”

They are certainly alternatives as far as my theory AND practices are concerned. So I have no need to make a distinction.

Do you know how happy I am to be able to say “Don’t blame me, I didn’t vote for greaseball douggie or any of the other slime either.”

  22. As Ronald Reagan said:

“Either you will control your government, or your government will control you”

  23. I imagine there’s an exception in the legislation for dijinuss bands who wish to take part in traditional activities such as going into the bush at night with birchbark torches to catch fish and frogs.
