Blacklock’s- RCMP Would Enforce Bylaws
The RCMP and Crown prosecutors would enforce First Nations bylaws under private bills introduced yesterday in the Senate.
“Given that all First Nations have distinct legal traditions, cultures, histories and languages, the First Nations’ representatives explained from their perspective that federal, provincial and territorial governments should recognize the needs of First Nation justice systems are distinct from one nation to another,”
So let’s ask the big question here….if they want to have the RCMP enforce “their” tribal laws, will each indian rez contract with and pay for said RCMP services?

My tribe doesn’t believe in paying more than 10% of my total income in taxes. Will the RCMP be enforcing MY tribes rules too?
At this point Canada as a coherent lawfully incorporated nation has completely gone off the rails. The claimed sovereignty and authority of the Crown and its various entities is hereby null and void. The body politic is now free to ignore any and all proclaimed laws and edicts that have been enacted by the Crown owned Government of Canada. Time to seriously arm up and take absolute control of your family and future and your natural right to self-government.
So as a post-national state, as introduced by Li’l Taterhead, we now have, in addition to the English Common Law, the Napoleonic Code, intended Sharia Courts and 200 plus Healing Circles and sweat lodges. In ten years the Liberal Party of Canada have removed the very essence of what constitutes a nation, that is the fundamental basic concept of common rules and customs that bind people together, without these rules and customs applying to all there is no feeling of belonging and without a feeling of belonging there is no reason to strive for improvement, for betterment. Time to throw the last shovelfull of dirt on the grave and install a headstone complete with bouquets of flowers because Canada is well and truly dead.
I could not agree more. In addition, if Canada were to re-incorporate as a representative republic like the USA, It could merely adopt all of its laws and regulations into the new Republic of Canada, and thereafter have a healthy debate between freely and openly elected representatives (as opposed to corrupt appointed minions of the Crown) as to what stays and what goes. Adopt the US dollar as the official currency. drop the obnoxious obtuse French language laws and open up Canada as a border free partner nation to the USA like the EU does. Canada would within a week become one of the most powerful and wealthiest nations on Earth.

Who, besides me, is sick and tired of the indigenous “demands” to be a special group? Our politicians should have the balls to just say enough! These are our rules and regulations and you will abide by them, or you will get a standard punishment (not based on your ethnicity, residential school trauma, blah, blah, blah.). If it means our jails fill up with indigenous, we’ll just build more jails. They are incapable of living in our society, and until they actually integrate, we should stop treating them like retarded children.
They also believe that despite the plain text of the treaties, they should be treated in the way most favorable to the tribes, and the least favorable to the crown, including the tribes that left the US after during and after the war of Independence, and resettled into Ontario
Should never have swallowed the “nations” propaganda. We have 200 bogus “nations” here in BC. I conscientiously avoid using the phrase as they are tribes not nations.
