      1. Whatever side you’re on it isn’t mine anyway and I have no desire to be any part off it. You’re a team player, I am not. I do not swear loyalty to any side, I am only loyal to Occident. But you would not understand it.

        Mene, Mene, Tekel, Parsin

        1. Have you dented any interesting oxen lately?

Bible references generally do not amuse a lay audience. But many – many! – tickle a parson.

    1. This fake, jingoistic patriotism will lead to Canuckistan’s economy’s ruin.
Canuckistan is on the fast track of becoming Venezuela North, and the jingoism that’s coming out of our leaders is not going to put bread and butter on our dinner tables any time soon.
The sooner this country falls, the better. Once everything crashes, we can rebuild… a better Canada? If we can get rid of the corruption that led to this country’s destruction, fine. Otherwise the provinces and territories can go their own ways, and if that means Alberta joins the US, I’m so OK with that.

      1. How is Canada First jingoism and MAGA not jingoism?

“The sooner this country falls, the better. ”

Didn’t know you join the Jacobins. Those who think in those terms tend to end like Robespierre. I don’t mind this country separating but would much prefer Czechoslovakian model to the Yugoslavian one.

        1. It’s the policy of retaliatory tariffs, and the call to arms to “buy Canadian” giving Canuckistanians the false hope that they can actually hold their own during the oncoming tariff wars that I find incredibly irresponsible.
I don’t mind putting Canada first. My comment is based on the fact that our feckless dear leader hasn’t had Canada’s best interest during his entire tenure as PM.
For the same reason, MAGA, putting America first, puts the focus on American interests, as it should be.
Each and every country should look after their own interests FIRST. That is what countries and their respective governments should be doing, but something Canada’s government has neglected doing.
That is why would not consider either MAGA or “MCaGA” (as it has been recently coined) as jingoism.
However, the thought that Canada can withstand a tariff war with the US, is insane, and yes, jingoistic.

As for the country falling, The honest truth, in my humble opinion, is that the country cannot survive under it’s own bureaucratic corruption. The sooner it falls, the better. In this case, the baby has to be thrown out with the bathwater. Kind of like trying to repair a car that’s been totalled. Futile. Best to get a new car.

        2. I always wanted to start up a fancy French restaurant, with the waiters all wearing French advocate’s robes. I’d call it, “Robes Pierre”.

    2. Canada will not be a 51st state. They will be a territory like Puerto Rico. Washington cares not about your words…

    3. C: Pollievre’s response is a fart in the wind.

What’s important is what is his plan to turn Canada’s economy around.

Also, will he defend free speech rights to the fullest.

And will he defend gun rights without any waffling, as well as the right of self-defence.

The items linked below aren’t encouraging to say the least:

    4. Canada First is one thing. Any leader must put his own country first. However, chest puffing impresses only the most braid-dead of sheeple. PP is no better than his two predecessors. Working hard to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

    1. We all do, C. The problem is that our leadership doesn’t. That’s what it seems like to me.
They believe in a form of “democracy” that isn’t anywhere near democratic.
They believe that they can continue to rip off the taxpayer. They see us as cattle. As serfs to be exploited.
Any discontent that we express will give them cause to come down hard on us.
Just look at Starmer’s attack on free speech in GB.
Just look at the Turd’s attack on the truckers — garnishing wages, and freezing bank accounts if someone so much as contributes to the protest with as little as $50.
I cite these examples of a much larger sickness that’s corrupting the west, and turning us into slaves of the state.

      1. I don’t think we all do. Most here want to see it all burn hoping that the reset will create paradise. And that that paradise will be magically handed to them. That is madness based on pure conjecture and going against all historical precedence.

As for the list of atrocities perpetrated by our state and allied states, that you mention I am on the record agreeing with every point. And? I am not going to join the suicide pact because of that.

I still have great hope for Trump. And I think that in terms of domestic policy he is doing a great job. Maybe he’ll manage to succeed alone. But he is going to abandon allies. Those loyal and those not. All the more reason for others to accept it as fact and act accordingly. So yes, Canada First. We may as well start with that. We need to do that, regardless of what Trump does anyway. We need to start with ourselves if we are to be a part of the Western World (or what is left of it) when the dust settles.

        1. Some states burn and then arise again from the ashes. albeit usually with outside help.

Germany and Japan come to mind.

Also life in eastern European countries is a far cry better from what it was under commie USSR control.

          1. Both of those ‘states’ have a large American Military presence….with large military bases.

          2. I did say “albeit usually with outside help”. The American military presence is one factor but the Marshall plan went a long way to help Germany recover.

For Japan the US provided funds for economic recovery, such as industrial materials, machinery, raw goods, petroleum products, transportation, vehicles, and equipment.

        2. It’s going to burn regardless.
The fire was lit long ago.
          Many votes ago.
It’s a natural progression of a coddled state.
That now only values the niceties.
And to be honest if I have to disown and eradicate a countries population thousands of miles away to bring you sanity. No thanks I’m busy tolerating Canadians that don’t want to accept and deal with what’s coming, and was always right in front of their face.
If they did we wouldn’t be in this situation.

    2. The only western country with a government that actually upholds western values is now the USA, and that only because they elected Trump. Before his election, not one single western country had a gov’t that upheld western values. Canada hasn’t had a gov’t that upholds western values for over half a century.
Meloni talks the talk, but doesn’t walk the walk, and Africans are still flooding the place and she’s doing sweet eff all about it.
Lastly, the last person anyone should listen to about what it means to be civilized is you, Jessica.

      1. You’re rabid and stupid, and an example of the perpetually useless hysteric. You’re a failure and you blame your failures on others claiming that if only we were living in that paradise you would not be a failure. Not true, you would still be a failure there.

        1. Honing your reddit skills here on SDA again, I see.
Jessica accuses others of being a hysteric. Priceless.

          1. Yes you are. And a failure. You’re an alcoholic, this isn’t a fault of the globohomo conspiracy, this is your fault. You have lost your driver’s license for drinking and driving, it is not WEF fault it is your fault. You riding an electric moped in the winter and blocking traffic isn’t a manifestation of your independence it is a result of your failure. You should take advice from Peterson and clean up your room first.

          2. Man, can he sniff out details! The kitchen, the chair, the noose… astonishing what he finds between the lines.

  1. Blackie has appointed another senator. This completes his job of filling the senate with socialists.

      1. Harpo had no testicles. Wouldn’t stand up to the legacy media or to Bitch McLaughlin. He asked provinces to provide who they wanted as senators. Eligible provinces refused to say. He appointed a senator and the media went after him so he tucked his tail leaving open spaces for the Turd.

  2. Had a brain fart this morning.

And to make this a short post I’ll state it and leave it for consideration

What if Trump has convinced King Charles to abdicate as the head of state of Canada?
He is going to be paying the UK an official visit to the King this year, and the King has been pressed to say something about the “51st state” comments Trump keeps making.

  3. I went dancing last nite. A old rancher buddy stopped by mid week and said there was a dance at a little country hall out west and said he was going. I didn’t hesitate and told him to pick me up on his way through.

It’s a family dance. There were lots of kids. Little cowboys in their Wranglers, boots and hats. Standing around with their thumbs hooked into their pockets just like Dad and Grandpa. Western to the bone.

After dinner the band fired up and the kids made a bee line for the dance floor. The little cowgirls telling the little cowboys how to dance. They didn’t listen ha.

There we some great lookin’ cowgirls there. Poured into their jeans they know to 2step. The guys all had their town hats on no chore clothes. A picture out of Cowboys and Indians magazine sans the airbrush.

Ran into an old cowboy I hadn’t seen in a coupla years. A hard luck case if there ever was one. Spent too much time cowboying and livin’ the rodeo life. Ended up with a beat up pickup and his saddle. His luck turned tho and he’s livin’ with some grass widow who has a wack of cows. They’re both in their 80’s and at it every day. He does a bit of coyote snaring and I asked if he’d set snares this winter. He said he had but didn’t go at it as hard as prices are down. He caught 49 and threw away 10 as they were full of mange.

A good time was had. Visiting, dancing eating and havin’ a few pops. Looking at the girls. No fights. Those usually happen at the summer rodeo dance…

Life on the range. A guy needs to occasionally hang out with real people who get a little dirt under their finger nails once in awhile. LG
