The first participants got the same tiny dose of the ‘ancestral’ SARS-CoV-2 strain as did those in the first trial. When nobody developed a sustained infection, the researchers increased the dose by more and more in subsequent groups of participants, until they reached a level 10,000 times the initial dose. A few volunteers developed short-lived infections, but these quickly vanished.
The mistake was probably using an early strain of COVID. Both infection and the early vaccines (designed specifically for the early strains) mean most people would have developed resistance. Widespread diseases persist over long periods because the pathogen keeps evolving into strains that people do not yet have resistance to. This is why pharmaceutical companies have to develop new flu vaccines every year.
They haven’t developed one that works yet.

Yeah, this really shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone with basic knowledge of natural immunity in people with a healthy immune system.
The more interesting research would be to do this same challenge test in those who have been vaccinated and had multiple boosters. Then compare the infection rate and infection severity of the unvaccinated group to the vaccinated group.
Actually some of that is being published. There’s some really interesting stuff in the literature about increased IgG4 (the kind that shuts down immune response) in the unvaccinated (low) versus in the vaccinated (high, especially in vaccinated children.) Last time I checked there were over 200 different different adverse reactions, both case reports and alarming retrospective research results. But of course KM will either ignore that whole body of literature or claim it’s poorly done research or the product of antivaxxers bias.

The whole covid thing was a scam, and people now have natural immunity to covid because they were exposed to be and it didn’t kill them. If however, the first exposure to a disease kills you, you’re not going to get natural immunity.

If the first version was a killer, I must be dead. I got version 1 in December 2019, before they knew what the hell it was. All symptoms were identical to round 2 – and confirmed – which showed up Jan 2023. IMO, the MRNAs are bs.
Total all-cause mortality per capita in the UK was the same in 2020 as it was in 2008. It has risen slightly since then.

This is anecdotal, but I and my Covid vaccinated and boosted partner got Covid at the same time, She has had it twice more, and despite plenty of exposure from her to me, I have not. Something *cough* seems to prevent her immunity from working, mine works very well. What could it be?
Elevated IgG4 caused by the vax would be my guess. And there’s published data on that.
