The cognitively untalented will be spared the normal incentives to master at least the basics, even the basics of behaviour, while the gifted will be denied access to advanced material more suited to their abilities, resulting in boredom and demoralisation.

Our education system has really been a huge disappointment in how idiots have made society imbeciles.
Look, minorities have been discriminated against for generations, they deserve a break now and then. Except for Asians and Jews. And the Irish and Italians and Eastern Europeans. Screw those people. Just blacks and Mexicans. And not even Mexicans, screw them as well.
It has been my experience that the more intelligent and ambitious people always find a way to succeed.

But when ability is deliberately punished for being able, the people with talent, intellect and ability will hide.

Not sure why you would “think” that. Great men in capitalist free-market societies understand that all boats float on a rising tide. They provide jobs and opportunities and don’t stand in the way of individual freedom, whilst utilizing their great positions and power to maintain that status quo.

A little nutty for so many to suggest that my comment was about socialism or communism in any way shape or form.
Today we live in a society of super wealthy Oligarchs that rule our governments & media through campaign contributions and outright bribery – that is NOT Capitalism.
My point was that our obvious sheeple society is full of dumb-f*cks that don’t have the brains to understand that – and – what is needed is a George Washington and Thomas Jefferson to selflessly use their obviously superior intelligence to make it back to right for “We the Sheeple”. That ain’t going to be the selfish CEO’s of any Big Pharma or Military Industrial complex doing that.

A lot of Canadians never realized that this was happening here all along thanks to the nomenklatura system the Liberals put in place; many talented people never got into public life in Canada because mediocre nephews of Liberals were elevated to automatic careers where ability was never required or monitored. Just being a blood relative of a seventh-generation mediocrity was all that was tested. People never had a clue this was happening and a lot of Canadians passivevly supported it using the nativist or anti-immigrant reasoning to support it. So a lot of people who talked a very good game never realized they had been co-opted into the Liberal program. I suppose they still have no clue and still talk that good game.
