  1. On the cover of the 2021 CPC platform, Erin O’Toole looked like Mr. Clean’s aggressive kid brother, and in the text he used “China” or “Chinese” in a negative context twenty-three times, sounding like a self-important ten-year-old playing war games:

In spite of this, China and Chinese-Canadians should not have acted like typical Liberals and installed Beijing Bozeau as the Manchurian-Canadian Honorable Member for China from Cuba. Of course we can take some consolation in being able to only refer to him exactly as such from now on. Diversity really is our strength when it’s completely ridiculous, and mischief is more important than ever, except in certain cases where the Laurentian Elite orders The Slow & Snail to write that those rules don’t apply.

    1. Speaking of Raquel … I posted a video HERE on SDA that showed Raquel Welch SINGING with Cher … and sounding every bit as good as she looked.

And low and behold my favorite English guitar analyst: Wings of Pegasus posts this tribute. Hey SDA !! Kate’s reach goes far. hahahahahahahahaha. Although I do suspect she’s got plenty of admirers across the pond

      1. Dear old Mom. Forgive me if I’m not my usual cheerful self. Nothing left now but very fond memories of breastfeeding. I was only a few months old, but it was so memorable for some reason. I almost wrote “mammorable” by mistake.

    1. memo to all in corrections and the courts: If he has a di*k he is a man, as in male, and goes to an all male prison. Ok, you all understand that biological fact. Good, I thought maybe they had all lost their tiny minds.

    1. roaddog – it’s nice to see the LA Time publishing a mostly fact-based article. And the Columbia Climate School said the record rains in California in January were not the result of climate change, which the Columbia School of Journalism refuted the next day. I believe the scientists.

      1. Excuse me, isn’t that him rowing the boat with George Washington and the flag and all that?

  2. Breaking CTV news! Using Canadian-made toilet paper is bad!!
    https://www.ctvnews.ca/climate-and-environment/your-favourite-brand-of-toilet-paper-may-be-cut-from-an-important-canadian-forest-1.6279694

CTV quotes extensively from an U.S.-based Natural Resources Defence Council. The environmentalist lobby group doesn’t take into consideration that forestry companies replant cear-cutted lands.

So please use only one sheet of bum-wipe at a time, say the experts studying the matter.

    1. I don’t know about toilet paper, but they need to be smeared with the stuff toilet paper is used to clean up. And whatever don’t you dare have a medical situation that requires the use of a great deal of toilet paper.

    2. I notice the argument applies to all toilet paper. So we must use sticks and stones and old rags we wash?

    3. “The environmentalist lobby group doesn’t take into consideration that forestry companies replant cear-cutted lands.”

Yet they’re strangely silent on cutting down forests, pelletizing entire trees (instead of merely limiting the process to waste wood & sawdust), transporting them across entire continents using evil diesel, transporting them across entire oceans using evil-er bunker fuel, & then burning them in biomass furnaces (with all concomitant emissions) to generate electricity.

To Gang Green Progs, this is evidence-based policy.

    4. You would need a lot more than one square to clean up that shit stain we call prime minister.

    1. Definitely biased, for example:

“as the pullback in Kherson had everything to do with the imminent threat of catastrophic river flooding from the potential destruction of the Nova Khakovka dam,”

This is false. The area under threat of flooding is the south side of the river.

The problem isn’t with Russia having precision weapons, the problem is they have so few of them. They’re not as good as Ukraine with the unguided weapons. Not even close.

The firing computers of both western SPHs and tanks is far superior to Russian ones. Ask anyone that operated an Abrams how accurate they are. Russia also isn’t using artillery to take out tanks which need a direct hit. Ukraine is with success. First they fire a bunch of anti tank mines, then they load up the unguided munitions. It works well.

Russia has advanced tank rounds. But no tanks to fire them with. They only fit the T14 which is not in service and probably won’t be for years. The rounds don’t fit in the T72, T80, or T90 carousel.

Russia doesn’t want to blow up satellites for one reason: debris.

Russia is catching up with drone use at the tactical level after ignoring it for almost a year.

  3. Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta (Facebook) has given thousands of its employees a “poor” performance rating, suggesting that many more are to be dehired:
    https://fortune.com/2023/02/17/meta-employee-performance-reviews-layoffs/

But the Social Network movie star gave himself an “outstanding” performance grade, mostly for sinking billions of dollars into Meta universe research, all with little monetary return. It is is true that Meta’s stock price chart is downwards and to the right. But the Democratic party likes the one-sided censorship at Facebook.

    1. In almost 2400 years Plato’s axiom has neither weathered nor withered one little bit.
“The price of apathy towards public affairs is to be ruled by evil men.”

  4. Canada and Europes Self Made Crisis.
Europeans are now getting hit with $2000 per month energy costs.
Due to green energy policies and sanctions on Russia.
Canada is going the same path under Trudeau with his anti fossil fuel policies.
All this is leading to a food crisis globally and eventually starvation globally.
Hard to believe people are not rebelling.

    1. Watcher, Trudeau better hope the “people” don’t get too hungry, rope and lampposts will in his and all liberals futures. A starving man has nothing to lose.

    2. It is the perfect way to make a nation’s manufacturing production completely un-competitive on the world stage. It seems to be the final answer on how to export all manufacturing to Asian nations, where the environment is entirely an after-thought, if its thought of at all. Environmentalism is a luxury available only to the financially fortunate.

      1. Then WHY !!!!???? is PG&E charging me 3x that amount for my Nat. Gas?

Answer: because they want to make Nat. Gas use as artificially PAINFUL as possible … so that Californians will BEG to get rid of their gas stoves, gas furnaces, and gas waterheaters … so we can allllllllll live in the “clean, green” future of electricity generated by wind and solar.

    1. ” After ruling out other causes of cognitive decline “.
Guess they left out the important one, the elephant in the room, starts with safe ends with effective.

      1. “It has become extremely difficult to confirm or deny this. In fact none of the Laurentian elite are NOT publicly denying it. Funny that.
So…here is the challenge prove it wrong ,or the claim is true.”

I had that same reaction to “his many crimes”…
