   1. I think you are right. I got the boot from Twitter after a bunch of bots went after me because I didn’t buy the 2020 election results or was neutral on Ukraine/Russia war. They team up in an organized fashion and are good at it.

       If there is any justice in the world, all those people who stopped posting because of this ownership change would have their ‘handles’ revoked after 30 days or so of disuse….corporations, politicians *and* Hollywood celebrities alike.

14. It is sad when a vote held on twitter can be watched in real time and is more open and trusted than one held to elect a government. Twitter can also count millions of votes in real time when the swing counties can only count votes slowly, then stop for a time only for the votes being counted to shift to a favoured candidate when the counting restarts.

    I guess it’s harder when the voting process is not the point of an election but providing a show to justify the appointing of candidates that support the ruling party.
