Allahu Akbar!

It’s the new reefer madness.

Ahmed Baig pleaded not guilty in the Ontario Court of Justice to assault causing bodily harm and assault by choking for the Aug. 2, 2023, attack in which he left his home wearing only a towel after vaping cannabis. His towel eventually fell off, and Baig started chasing a family he encountered in their driveway.

“He ran into the driveway and picked up a seven-year-old girl. He threw her to the ground, punched her and strangled her. He then abruptly left the driveway, and a short time later was arrested by police. At the time of arrest, he wore only a T-shirt,” Justice Mara Greene wrote in a recent decision.

The judge concluded that Baig’s attack was due to “nonmental disorder automatism.” She found him not guilty of both charges.

  1. Back in the good ol timey days this POS would be as dead as doornail.
No trial, no headline, no worries.
    Sigh.

  2. I’d mention the gender of the judge being a factor, but it seems most male judges in Canada lack testosterone as well.

    1. After looking at ‘her’ picture I wouldn’t be surprised to learn the judge’s name used to be Martin before becoming Mara.

    1. I’m pretty sure they would give him a pass as punching and strangling a seven year-old girl is a courtship ritual in Islam when looking for another wife.

The inmates are running the Asylum.

  3. Young Ahmed likes the older ladies. Aisha was 6 when Mohammed locked eyes on her and 9 when he took her to the breeding shed, at least that’s what we’re told.
Ask anyone and they’ll tell you Mo and his pals were all about self control.
Justice Greene was appointed by Kathleen Wynne and was past president of the Canadian Chapter of the International Association of Women Judges.

    You know the rest.

  4. Mara B. Greene earned a salary of only $425,942 last year. She is in the top 15 percentile of the Sunshine List.

  5. L – 10% of the workforce produces 50% of the productivity. Within a year of independence, Alberta and Saskatchewan could cut crime by half. The worst offenders treated as such, held responsible for their bad decisions. Imported organized-disorganized crime would be highly motivated to self deport. Safe streets, safe rural municipalities, lower insurance rates are only a vote away, and the time it takes to rebuild a trust society.
Revisit, the wisdom of our ancestors.

Independence, when it’s broken fix it. There are two provinces people, who still know how.

  6. “nonmental disorder automatism”

Note to self: Remember this excuse the next time I crash into a liquor store.

    1. The last time … the very last time … I smoked a ‘wine-soaked’ designer joint that my brother in law got from his local dispensary … I ended up “Scromiting” … before I had ever heard of such a thing.

Scromiting is a slang term for episodes of severe vomiting that can be so intense a person may scream, and it’s linked to cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome (CHS). It usually happens after heavy, long-term cannabis use, and symptoms often improve after stopping cannabis

And no … I have never been a heavy, long-term, dope smoker. Hardly. I rarely use … but I spent 6-hours hugging a toilet

    1. “If Cannabis causes such reactions….why is it legal?”

      It doesn’t. They’re lying. Again.

Cannabis induced psychosis? This is some convenient bullsh1t cooked up by defense lawyers and guys who hate weed so they can have something to talk about. Even in the “literature” it’s considered “rare” and unlikely, even among heavy users of the demon weed. And by “literature” I mean the lying liars looking for any excuse to blame weed for something bad.

Always remember that the same people who lied and lied and LIED about Covid are also lying about weed, aspirin, fricking exercise, food, anything and everything you do and consume.

So did Mr. Stabby have something wrong with him at the time? Maybe. Could be he bought his vape on the reserve and they spiced it up with something that wasn’t weed. That’s a thing these days.

Does it matter? No. Mr. Stabby should be going to jail now. Because can we have fruitloops running around doing that? No. We can’t have that. My kid needs to be safe in her own driveway.

BUT WE DO have it, they -are- doing it, and the courts are letting them keep doing it. So therefore I expect that sooner or later there’s going to be trouble. It’s inevitable.
