Excellent idea – criminals both illegal and native born aren’t invited to tea at Illinois Gov Pritzker’s Gold Coast mansion, WI horse farm or Florida winter/covid retreat – or at least Pritzker doesn’t make campaign ads while entertaining the people he protects from ICE, deportation and prison.
Oh, there was, indeed, a crime involved when Ms. Newsom ran over her sister with a golf cart. She was six years old at the time. A six year old driving a golf cart? That sounds like parental neglect which includes “supervision.”
That can either be a misdemeanor or a felony based on the circumstances. I’d say a death of an eight year old minor puts this one in the latter category. However, if you know anything about that family (which was on vacation in Hawaii at the time) you’d understand that people like that just don’t get those charges applied to them.
