I have ZERO doubt that the fraud is facilitated from within. The government bureaucrats working for MediCAL are teaching, instructing, and facilitating this fraud. We are being LOOTED. And it’s far worse than $950 in booze and NIKE apparel.
The numbers are crazy, like theft on a level that hasn’t been seen in all of human history. And the worst part is that a significant portion of that fraud is being perpetrated by illegals, foreigners, or your average schlub immigrants who just became Americans yesterday. This country is toast unless we start doing something about this ASAP.

When investigations into public funding cannot include certain host societies then only a fool would expect that there is no increase in fraud within those societies. (Societies = tribes , races, identification, orientation, racist groupings, buddies, bum buddies, queer partnerships, gerbil habitats…) the remaining question is what is funded and therefore desirable?
