  3. I understand the frustration of this woman. HOWEVER, if a law enforcement officer comes to your door and suggests that you broke the law by saying something, your best course of action is to be polite and tell them to go away. Then shut your door.

    The reason for their visit is intimidation. They WANT this publicized so that the intimidation is experienced by all the people they are trying to reach. They are, also, trying to initiate a reaction so that they can subjectively apply actual laws on the books such as obstruction or disorderly conduct.

    Best to tell them to leave your property and not to come back without a warrant.

    (a) a disapproving Karen
    (b) the PMO or Liberal Party
    (c) an online monitoring system operated by the cops themselves.

    No matter the source, the real problem is that they acted on it. However, if it’s (c), we are in REAL trouble.

        Yeah, that’s where she lost my sympathy…I have no tolerance for Jew-hatred no matter how well disguised it might be.

        Add to that her annoyingly childish yap-yap-yapping over the officer trying to speak to her, who would have been well within his rights to *arrest* her for ‘obstruction of a peace officer’ because of it (yes, really). I don’t like the censorship at all, but I like this woman even less. As others have said: just refuse to talk to them without a lawyer present…THAT you can legally do.

        (oh, and minimize the swearing at them, which can also get you arrested if they are in the mood to be picky)

        2. Fred, the issue isn’t the yappy antisemite nor is it censorship; it’s the encroaching police state that the video clearly demonstrates is coming. That’s the overriding danger.

          And all police states lead to arbitrary arrests or worse things like summary executions and concentration camps.

          As for refusing to talk to police without a lawyer, that works until TPTB decide “to hell with that”.

            I do understand that, and I agree with you…I just wish we could have had a better spokesperson for it.

            That clip would have been far more powerful if delivered by a mature, rational individual and without the childish distractions.

  18. I’m not a lawyer. But an ex-cop said that when the cops talk to you,they are looking for probable cause. If they had a warrant, if they had grounds to arrest you they would. Nobody ever talked their way out of an arrest, but many have talked their way into it.

      One of my guilty pleasures is watching endless police bodycam videos on YouTube. One of the main lessons learned (well other than stay the hell away from black women) is KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT….especially when drunk.
