  6. I think it’s clear that none of the governments in Canada apply laws equally to all citizens, that gov’t routinely applies favoritism to certain groups, and ignores crimes which often occur to the non favored groups.
    Actually, the SCOC ruled some years past that race was a reason to not treat people before the law equally.

    1. Article 15. (2) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, under Equality of Rights, Affirmative action programs. Makes discrimination legal for “disadvantaged” groups and individuals.

      As an aside, it’s why some international gaming companies with studios in Canada (cough Ubisoft cough) can get away with discriminatory hiring practices and also consulting firms like Sweet Baby inc. Proudly announcing the types of people they do not hire. Of course they produce trash because their main purpose is to push “the message” and given the nature of their DEI employees, can even get government to subsidize it. The majority are incompetant and the product is also garbage quality-wise. But it’s a rice bowl for certain people.
