    Youth employment rates fully reversed. The economy is weaker “across the board”. Canada was actually spared a lot of bad news by CUSMA, the trade agreement with the USA. The uncertainty with CUSMA going forward could result in a huge shock in 2027. Although the unemployment rate increased from 6.5 to 6.7% things were even worse as the employment participation rate dropped suggesting people are giving up on even finding a job.

  10. I remember watching TV in1959. Castro was a butcher and executed thousands of innocent people for fighting on the wrong side in the revolution and for having the wrong political viewpoint. He took a peaceful country and exported revolution to South America and Africa where he killed tens of thousands of people. He took the wealthiest country in Latin America and turned it into an economic shithole where people are barely surviving. Castro was a terrible person who should be nobody’s hero.
