Suspect there will be a shortage of gasoline in Tehran.
As far as “oil reserves”, they are deep underground. So unless oil wells are burning, oil reserves aren’t affected by these strikes. The amount of oil in tanks is minuscule compared to what is underground in oil reservoirs.
I don’t know if flowing oil wells in Iran have subsurface safety valves or not.
China and Russia can next decide to destroy their alternative source: Venezuela. Will China tell Canada to build out their oil economy or else?

I think Russia is going to route much of their oil/gas exports to China, so there may be a case now, but if Canada were to decide to export oil/gas to Europe, the environmental export studies haven’t been started and I don’t know if Europe will need nat gas in 2038 or not.
In 2038 Europeans will be huddled around a fire in caves wondering whether fire should be banned because it emits CO2.
